In November last year, the two sides launched certification, involving 21 grades of Masteel, including cold-rolled and zinc ferroalloy products, which require strict supplier production line audits on Masteel production lines, and comprehensive testing and evaluation of Masteel automotive products in 6 dimensions, involving 17 major items and 51 small items, of which welding, corrosion, fatigue and other testing and evaluation are carried out in designated laboratories in Japan.
"We have set up a certification project team that includes technology, production and sales. The project team digested and absorbed Honda standards, formulated the production trial production and testing test plan in detail, determined the time node and clarified the responsibility. In view of the extremely high performance stability and uniformity of the entire coil, the project team strictly controls the key points of the process for each process. The person in charge of the Honda certification project team of the Masteel Technology Center told reporters that due to the tight time of the certification brand, after each group production, a series of self-evaluations such as surface, welding, performance, and coating were carried out, and more than 1890 mechanical specimens were made in mechanical experiments alone. Technicians strive for excellence, and do not let go of the small surplus of an indicator in the brand, and solve it through team research.
Recently, after on-site audit and experimental certification, the Japanese side finally came the exciting good news - all the testing items of Masteel automotive steel have met the technical requirements of Honda automobile, and the series of grades can be used to produce inner and outer plate products.
