Liu Gang, senior manager of the Intellectual Property Department of Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd., introduced the industrial layout and patent layout of enterprises with the topic of "Discussion on the Management System and Working Methods of Enterprise High-value Patent Creation", led to the thinking on high-value patent creation within enterprises, and also shared the patent management system that promotes the creation of high-value patents of enterprises.

According to reports, since the construction of the BRICS innovation base was officially launched on December 8, 2020, it has actively served and integrated into the new national development strategy, and the Xiamen BRICS Office, together with Xiamen University, Huaqiao University, Xiamen City Vocational College and other 5 colleges and universities, has studied and formulated the construction plan for the new industrial capacity improvement training base of the BRICS countries; Focusing on the "Practical Strategies for Entering the Chinese Market", "Science and Technology Park Management", "Governance and Trends of China's Fintech Development" and other topics of concern to BRICS and "BRICS +", the four phases of online talent training were launched, with more than 10,000 trainees, covering more than 10 countries such as the BRICS countries and Malaysia, the Philippines, Ukraine, Pakistan, Kazakhstan and Chile.
