At present, there have been many confirmed cases in Xiyuan Street, Qilihe District, Lanzhou City, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is grim and complicated. In order to block the chain of epidemic transmission, curb the spread of the epidemic, and effectively protect the health and life safety of residents, the Qilihe District Joint Prevention and Control Leading Group for Epidemic Prevention and Control has decided to implement strict control measures for the prevention and control of the epidemic in Xiyuan Street, and hereby notifies the relevant matters as follows:

1. All residential quarters, buildings and courtyards shall be managed in a closed manner.

2. Strict control of Xiyuan Street (except for the Cultural Palace community) is to be carried out in the east to Leitan River, south to Wuxingping Hougou, west to Qiaogou, and north to Xijin East Road. Within the scope of control, personnel activities should be minimized and personnel gatherings are strictly prohibited.

3. Implement sealing and control management of Wuxingping Back Street, Akihito Garden, Building 6 of Grand GreenDo, and No. 410, 412, 414-420, 424, 426, 428, 430, 440, 442, 444 and 446 of Xiaxi Park, and the personnel will not leave the house.

4. Party members and cadres and public employees at all levels should play a leading role in leading their families, relatives, and friends to abide by the strict regulations.

5. Personnel who do not obey the management of the epidemic situation, disobey the arrangements and dissuasion of staff, or even pick quarrels and provoke troubles, disrupt the order of control and other illegal acts, shall be punished by the public security organs in accordance with law, and if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be pursued in accordance with law.
