At 4:00 a.m. on October 29, 2021, 128 self-driving stranded tourists trapped in Ejina Banner, Alxa League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, arrived in Aolun Prague Town, Alxa Left Banner due to the epidemic situation; at about 8:00 a.m., more than 3,000 stranded tourists took a bus to Baotou via Uriji, Azuo Banner; at about 7:00 p.m., more than 800 stranded tourists and more than 200 vehicles arrived in Bayanhot Town, Alxa Left Banner. According to the unified arrangement of the epidemic prevention and control command, the "baton" of the whole process of transfer and escort is mainly passed on by the league and flag public security organs with all their strength and full force.
Rush from the afternoon to the early morning
From Ejin Naqi, a team of 42 self-driving cars departed from the afternoon of October 28 to the town of Aolun Bragg, a total distance of 621 kilometers, passing through the Wuliji section of the Beijing-Singapore Expressway to the Hongguer Yulin exit and getting off the expressway, and arriving at the Nalin Lake toll station at 4:00 a.m. on October 29. Here, the AoLun Prague Police Station of the Azuo Banner Public Security Bureau successfully received a convoy of stranded tourists.
According to the unified arrangements of the epidemic prevention and control command, the stranded tourists will embark on a journey home again after 14 days of quarantine in the town of Aolun Bragg. Tourists from the high-risk areas of Ejina are very orderly, and the motorcade is orderly. After the unified elimination of killing in an isolated hotel, the police of the Aolun Prague Police Station of the Azuo Banner Public Security Bureau carefully checked the information of each person and confirmed that all 128 tourists were escorted to the three quarantine hotels.
Ensure the safety of the entire road
The first route for the stranded tourist convoy returning from Ejin Naqi to the alxa low-risk area along the Jingxin Expressway is from the Uliji intersection to the Alxa Right Banner; the second route is from the Honggur Yulin Expressway and along the Jilantai and Chahan Beaches into the Alxa Left Banner Bayanhot Town. It is reported that tourists transported from Ejin Banner for 3 to 5 consecutive days will be placed in 26 quarantine hotels in the Erkhashkha Jiuhuyuan Scenic Area and Bayanhot Town.
At the intersections of various highways, the Wuliji Border Police Station of the AzuoQi Public Security Bureau, the Jilantai Police Station, the Traffic Management Brigade Wuliji Traffic Police Squadron, and the Suhongtu Traffic Police Squadron sent police forces to seal and control the intersection three hours in advance, and postponed three hours to release other vehicles, so as to ensure the safety and smoothness of the whole highway section.

Point-to-point delivery of the "baton"
In order to improve the efficiency of sealing and control management, after the unified arrangement of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the Azuoqi Public Security Bureau dispatched 18 police forces and 9 police vehicles to cooperate with the League Public Security Bureau in 5 groups to transfer stranded tourist vehicles all the way from the Ejinaqi toll station. Control the speed of vehicles along the way to avoid traffic accidents and vehicles falling behind; reasonably maintain the distance between vehicles, facilitate the meticulous and efficient completion of docking work at each resettlement site; open the road for police cars, manage in groups, implement contacts, strengthen the rigor of work, and ensure safety and contactlessness.
The Uziz Racecourse is a centralized stopping point for stranded tourist vehicles after entering Bayanhot Town, and in this area, the vehicle disinfection and personnel information verification of stranded tourists will be uniformly arranged. At 8 o'clock on October 29, the Azuoqi Public Security Bureau cooperated with the health department to clean up and disinfect the testing point of the Uziz Racecourse and strictly implement the parking space. At about 19:00, the stranded convoys successively entered the prescribed area of the racecourse to complete the killing and work docking, and went to 10 isolated hotels and the Jiuhuyuan Scenic Area in Bayanhot Town that night.
Stranded tourists successfully arrived in Bayanhot Town and Erkhash Hasumu, as a low-risk area in Alxa, Alxa Left Banner spread its arms to warmly welcome the arrival of "family members", only for "people's life first and health first"! In 15 hours, the Azuo Banner Public Security Bureau passed on the "baton" of transporting stranded tourists, scientifically rigorous, and every second counted, to complete the duty and mission of guarding the safety of the whole flag.
