On the afternoon of September 28, the Yongdeng County People's Procuratorate held a cadre meeting to announce the decision on the appointment and dismissal of major leaders. The meeting was presided over by Lu Jiangyu, member of the standing committee of the county party committee and secretary of the political and legal committee; Cheng Lei, a full-time member of the municipal procuratorate; Ma Liansheng, deputy director of the organization department of the county party committee, attended the meeting; and all cadres and policemen attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Ma Liansheng, deputy director of the Organization Department of the county party committee, read out a circular issued by the Lanzhou Municipal CPC Committee on the appointment and dismissal of the main leading posts of the Yongdeng County People's Procuratorate, nominating Comrade Su Kehong as a candidate for chief procurator of the Yongdeng County People's Procuratorate, and Comrade Yang Shuying no longer holds the post of chief procurator of the Yongdeng County People's Procuratorate.
Comrade Yang Shuying delivered a resignation speech, saying that he wholeheartedly supported and resolutely obeyed the decisions and arrangements of the organization. "Spring is born and summer is long, autumn harvest is hidden in winter." The growth of all things needs sunshine and rain, and life also needs continuous cultivation. "In the seven years of Yongdeng Procuratorate, I am grateful for the trust and cultivation of the organization, grateful for the support and help given by every colleague who gets along day and night, and grateful for the growth and harvest, tempering and precipitation of the gift of time, which are the best memorials on the road of struggle." I wish that under the leadership of Comrade Su Kehong and with the joint efforts of all cadres and policemen, Yongdeng Procuratorate will achieve new development and reach a new level with firmer conviction, more inspiring spirit, and more conscientious attitude!
Comrade Su Kehong made a statement on his appointment, he said that he resolutely obeyed the decision of the organization, thanked the organization for its deep concern and sincere expectations, and let himself have a more complete vision, stronger experience, and more promotion. The first is to strengthen ideals and convictions and build up political loyalty. Always adhere to loyalty to the party, adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1st" important speech and Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", achieve "two safeguards", and continuously improve political judgment, political understanding, and political execution.
The second is to serve the overall situation and concentrate on cultivating the main business. Cheng Lei, a full-time member of the Municipal Procuratorate, fully affirmed the achievements made by Comrade Yang Shuying in leading the Yongdeng County Procuratorate, and hoped that Comrade Su Kehong would live up to the heavy trust and lead the Yongdeng County Procuratorate to create a new situation on the existing basis. He demanded that the leading body of the Yongdeng County Procuratorate: First, it should pay more attention to ideological and political study; second, it should earnestly strengthen the building of the leading body; third, it should give full play to the functions of procuratorial work; and fourth, it should focus on promoting the building of the procuratorial contingent.
Finally, Lu Jiangyu, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, fully affirmed the important contributions made by Comrade Yang Shuying to the development of Yongdeng's procuratorial work over the past seven years, and put forward new hopes for the new leading body: First, to build up political loyalty, second, to strengthen unity and coordination, and third, to strictly abide by discipline and rules, and all cadres and policemen worked hard with one heart and one mind to forge ahead, and to write a new chapter in Yongdeng's procuratorial work.
