1. Mash laborer
During the Spring and Autumn period of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, after king Gou Jian of Yue was defeated by Wu WangFuchai, in order to achieve the great cause of restoring the country with "ten years of life and gathering, ten years of lessons", he ordered that the people be encouraged to have children and take wine as a prize for childbearing: "Give birth to husbands, two pots of wine, one dog; give birth to women, two pots of wine, and one dolphin'". Gou Jian led the army to cut down Wu. Before leaving the division, the father and elder of Echizen gave a toast to Gou Jian, who poured the wine on the upper reaches of the river to meet the current and drink with the soldiers. The morale of the soldiers was greatly boosted, and Shaoxing still has a 'tossed mash river'. A similar historical story is recorded in the "Wine Spectrum", during the Warring States period, Qin Mugong rebelled against the Jin Dynasty, came to the river, and planned to reward the soldiers to motivate them. However, there is only one type of mash. The story of "Lu Wine Thin and Handan Wei" is about King Xuan of Chu meeting with the princes, duke Gonggong of Lu arrived after the official ceremony, and the wine was thin, and King Xuan of Chu was very angry. Gong Gong said, after I am the Duke of Zhou, the royal family has awarded the medal, and it is already a matter of etiquette and identity to send you wine. You also accuse wine thinness, don't go too far. So I said goodbye. King Xuan of Chu then led his troops and attacked Lu with Qi. King Hui of Liang of the State of Qi had always wanted to attack the State of Zhao, but he was afraid that the State of Chu would help the State of Zhao. This time, when the Chu State made a request, he no longer had to worry that the Chu State would find trouble, so Zhao Guo's Handan was also a victim of Lu Jiubo.
Third, snow night visit Dai
Wang Huizhi was the fifth son of Wang Xizhi. During the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the literati advocated indulgence, and so did Wang Huizhi. Therefore, he soon gave up the official Donggui and retired to San'in. One day, when it was snowing heavily at night, he woke up and ordered his family to open the door for a drink. While drinking, he looked into the distance and saw a snow white, "looking white everywhere." "Because of the wandering", so he recited the verse of Zuo Si's "Zhao Yin", and suddenly thought of the world-famous sage Dai Kui. Dai Kui is Dai Andao, and the Book of Jin says that he was "less erudite, good at talking, good at literature, able to drum and play the piano, work on calligraphy and painting, and the rest of his skillful skills are not comprehensive", "sexual unhappiness in the world, often entertaining himself with piano books", "Later migration will be Ji County" (present-day Shengxian County). San'in is far from the county, more than 100 miles along the river. Wang Huizhi went by boat overnight, and it took a day to reach Dai Kui's home. But just then, he suddenly stopped. He didn't go in the door, but turned back. Someone asked him, you have come from a long way to visit, why don't you come back to the door? He said frankly: "I came here to take advantage of the wine, but now that the wine is exhausted, I am not interested." Why do I have to see Dai Kui? 4. Cai Yuanpei and wine
Mr. Cai Yuanpei, a famous educator in modern China, grew up in Shaoxing and grew up in Shaoxing, so he is very fond of Shaoxing wine.
According to the recollection of Mr. Cai's friends, although Mr. Cai has worked outside for decades, he has always maintained the living habits and hobbies he developed in his hometown, and he loves Shaoxing wine and must drink every meal.
