Vitamin supplementation is a good thing, but is it good or bad for the body to take it for a long time?

1. Vitamin B1: Long-term use can lead to allergic reactions or shock.

2. Vitamin B2: The urine is yellow.

3. Vitamin B6: severe peripheral neuritis, neurosensory abnormalities, progressive gait instability to numbness of the feet, inflexibility of the hands.

4. Vitamin C: stones, dizziness, syncope. Frequent urination, high uric acid, and easy diarrhea.

5. Niacin: (1) strong vasodilation effect: can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, itching, dry skin, facial flushing, etc.; large doses can cause blood sugar increase, uric acid increase, liver function abnormalities. (2) Hyperuricemia: severe gout is prohibited.

6. Vitamin A: (1) Acute poisoning: abnormal agitation, drowsiness, diplopia, increased intracranial pressure. (2) Chronic poisoning: fatigue, weakness 7, fever, increased intracranial pressure, increased nocturia, dry or shedding of hair, dry or itchy skin, weight loss, limb pain, anemia, herniation of the eyeballs, severe headache.

7. Vitamin D: low-grade fever, irritability and crying, convulsions, anorexia, weight loss, liver enlargement, kidney damage, bone sclerosis.

8. Vitamin E: blurred vision, breast enlargement, tear flu Yang syndrome, stomach cramps, fatigue, weakness. Bleeding tendencies; altered endocrine metabolism; altered immune function; affected sexual function; risk of thrombosis.

Prevention is replenished when the body is deficient, while treatment is used for disease!

Reasonable grasp of vitamin dosage: the amount is too large, it is not easy to absorb in the body, and even harmful, and adverse reaction events occur. Vitamins should not be used as 'tonics' to prevent poisoning; the dose of vitamins A, D and cod liver oil applied to children should be strictly mastered to prevent adverse reactions.

Note: All vitamins should be taken after meals!
