The scene in the painting is the compilation of the manuscript that was abandoned for several months due to drowsiness as described in the "Weary Ghost Text" (1535-1614), and in view of the saying that "sleepiness is a ghost entering it", it was written to expel it, but in the sleepy room, the tired ghost rushed to defend it. However, the whole area is full of flowers and lush spring scenery, the pavilion Chinese sleep peacefully, the weary ghost dress, no viciousness or deformation, and it comes suddenly, with only a slightly strange atmosphere. The original text conveys the philosophy of life that God is determined not to move outward, and everything is against oneself, but the author does not emphasize horror or seriousness, but shows his humorous attitude in the way of comfortable and peaceful landscape figure painting.
