Anti-epidemic Diary (2) I wish the commando comrades a happy holiday

Thursday, February 4 Eye

Alone in a foreign country, I miss my relatives every festive season.

Today, as usual, before dawn, I was awakened by the snoring of my comrades.- Glanced at the phone, 5:10, the twenty-third day of the lunar month, the small year. Homesickness came over me, I rubbed my eyes, washed and went to work.

Looking back on 2020, there are many emotions, the epidemic has broken our peaceful life, and I have carried through those difficult moments with my comrades-in-arms, and finally ushered in light and hope.

At the beginning of the new year, my comrades-in-arms and I participated in the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and defense war, and in the cold winter, we stood at the bayonet, checked the vehicle, registered the information of personnel, and guarded the quarantine point. When the people are happy and reunited, we are accompanied by the cold wind, the cool box lunch, and the cold police equipment, but our hearts are warm, happy, and happy, and seeing the well-being of the people is the warmest thing for us.

It has been the 18th day of support for Wangkui, and my comrades and I have been fighting day and night, our eyes are full of blood, our throats are a little hoarse, and our bodies are gradually emaciated. However, the blood cannot hide the resolute eyes, and the hoarseness of the voice cannot affect the persistent enthusiasm for work. Because, my comrades-in-arms and I have a belief in our hearts: "The epidemic will not retreat, we will not retreat."

Today is a traditional Festival in China, the "Little Year" in the mouth of the elderly, and it is a day of family reunion. Although we can't accompany our relatives at home, we use practical actions to reunite more people with their families.

The difficult side shows courage and perseverance, and the grinding begins with Yucheng. Let me extend festive greetings to the members and families of the Beilin Public Security Aid Commando Team and wish you all "a happy new year and all the best." Let us work together to resolutely win the battle of epidemic prevention and control and welcome the Spring Festival.
