在全市第二轮核酸检测正式启动之际，10月28日下午，回民区科协与包联社区联系沟通，召开第二轮核酸检测部署会议，针对2个包联检测点，就组织管理、宣传引导、任务分工、信息登记等工作提出明确要求。

会议要求，科协全体干部、科技志愿者对具体程序环节要铭记在心，各司其职、协同配合，要把党史学习教育成果转化为疫情防控和服务群众的强大动力，充分发挥先锋模范作用，以实际行动践行为群众办实事的初心和使命，确保高效推进我市第二轮核酸检测工作的有序开展。

10月29日早八点，在孔家营东区、阙里人家2个检测点，科协领导统筹协调，亲自督战，包联干部全部到岗，投入到核酸检测第一线。参加核酸检测采样的群众，分批、分时段有序到达指定地点，在包联干部的宣传引导和科学组织下，每10人为一组在指定采样台前进行排队检测，在检测点还设置了特殊人群绿色通道，实现孕妇、高龄老人、残疾人等特殊人群即到即测，缩短其检测时间，避免人员聚集，做到了衔接合理、安全高效、快速检测。
