Jingwei, that is, Jingwei Bird, is a divine bird in the ancient myths and legends of our country. According to ancient books such as the Classic of Mountains and Seas and the Classic of Northern Mountains, it is said that Jingwei was the younger daughter of Emperor Yan, who accidentally drowned because she traveled to the East Sea, and after her death, her soul transformed into a bird, and then in revenge for drowning, she often mouthed wood and stone to fill the East Sea.
With a weak body to fight against the vast sea, the Jingwei Bird is more a symbol of the perseverance and the will to never give up.
Reading Tao Yuanming's poem, I once read two sentences, "Jingwei Weimu will fill the Canghai", saying that the Jingwei bird contains tiny pieces of wood in its mouth and wants to use it to fill the Canghai. From Tao Yuanming's poems, we can feel his excitement for the will quality of the Jingwei Bird, who has no regrets and perseveres to the end.

The heavenly dance is dry, and the fierce zhi is always there.

Also about the Jingwei bird, the poem of the great poet Li Bai has the sentence "Jingwei Feimushi, yuán tuó has nothing to rely on". This means that the Jingwei bird can only fill the East China Sea with empty wood stones, and there is no evidence for the legend that the weasel frames the sea as a beam.

The bones of the six ao have been frosted, and the three mountains are safe?
Fuso was half-destroyed, and the day was shining.
The Yintai Golden Que was like a dream, and the Qin Emperor Han Wukong treated each other.

Poor soldiers and martial arts are like this, Dinghu Flying Dragon can take advantage of it?
In Li Bai's eyes, Jingwei reclamation was completely in vain, it was labor and fruitless, Li Bai seemed to be mocking the Qin Emperor Han Wu's delusional dream of pursuing immortality and attaining immortality, but in fact he wanted to use this to warn Emperor Xuanzong, who was also addicted to this Tao.
However, more people are still touched by the spirit of the Jingwei Bird, which does not ask about the result, only focuses on the process, and even knows that it cannot be done.
Like the Yuan Dynasty poet Guo Yi's poem "Although the East China Sea is large, the Jingwei heart is unswerving, and the reclamation of the stone is full", he wrote a beautiful vision of the Jingwei bird adhering to the original intention, unswervingly, and achieving the ultimate goal.

When it is full, the sea has a bottom, and it is not as good as the sea.
There is also the Qing Dynasty poet Qu Dajun's poem "When the sea is dry, jingwei dies, the soul is a golden wu, and the sun ends", the poet does not even want Houyi to shoot the sun, hoping that the ten solar energy in the world will help the Jingwei birds to dry the East Sea, so that the Jingwei birds will die without regrets.

West mountain wood, one branch a day is not enough. The blood in his mouth stained the branches and turned into Fusang to the Yang Valley.

If the sun is willing to take care of the heart and liver, but teach to burn the sea dry. When the sea is dry, the spirit is dead, and the soul is a golden wu, and the sun ends.
The poet believes that the efforts of the Jingwei Bird have not been in vain, although the sea has not been leveled, the sea has dried up, and even if the Jingwei dies at this time, he is willing to do it!
