When the two astronauts woke up after the drug hypnosis, they found themselves in what appeared to be an abandoned space shuttle, the whole spacecraft constantly rising and turning, because it was in an unmanned state and completely lost the ability to judge the direction. It was surprisingly quiet, and the only sound was the low roar of the machines as they ran and the creaking noises coming from inside the ship—they couldn't remember anything, they were, what their mission was.

Captain Payton decided to stand still for the time being, guiding Corporal Bauer through a radio transmitter, and they decided to take the risk of going into the deepest part of the ship's interior little by little to find out the cause, rather than sit still. Soon they realized in horror that something unidentified was sniping at them, stubbornly following them, ready to move at any moment, as if they would give up tracking once and for all when they saw their bodies.
Meanwhile, Payton discovers that in addition to them, there are two surviving crew members on board, Mann and Nadir, except that they are trapped in the same nightmare situation as Ball, trying to survive the constant attacks and escape the mysterious force that wants to destroy them. As the shocking, deadly and cruel secrets of the spacecraft are pulled out little by little, the four astronauts simultaneously realize that they must survive, even if they need to face and defeat unimaginable sources of terror.

Costume settings
The director did not want to overly reflect from the costumes of the actors that this was a film that would happen in the future world, which would be considered a science fiction film and ignore the horror nature of the film. So Ivana Milos adopted the idea of incorporating classical costume elements into the film, among which the representative is the crew's spacesuit. In addition, for the design of other costumes in the film, most of them adopt the costume style of the 1980s.
Scene settings
The fusion of classical and futuristic elements that should be arranged in a momentary way was already in mind when director Christian Avatt conceived the film, but it was not so specific at the time, and it was not until he met Ivan Milos and exchanged ideas with him that things became normal. And then the whole team did that in every way, the scenography, the art direction, and so on, all moving towards the expected style, designing a lot of different styles of spaceship interiors, and finally picking out the one that was considered the most representative.

Personal evaluation:
The film Douban score of 6.9 points, personally feel that this rating is similar, like a smorgasbord of science fiction and thrillers, those flexible and aggressive mutants, dark and closed environment, and a group of ordinary survivors to cross a huge spaceship to find a way to survive, although the elements in the film are not all original, but it is undeniable that "Deep Space Amnesia" brings some strong personal characteristics. In a dark, mysterious, and bloody closed world, bloody close-ups, fight scenes with broken bones, and the characters' gradually lost mental state are impressive. The main thing is to give people a kind of space claustrophobia, but also reflects the dark side of human nature, I feel good, worth a look.
