Zhu Zhen stressed in the inspection:

Second, all units and departments should conscientiously compare the standards for the creation and evaluation of civilized cities, further implement their responsibilities, give full play to the advantages of each unit, work together, and use the "embroidery" effort to do the creation work carefully and in place.
The third is to promote and manage the normalization of civilized cities with the solution of the "pain points" encountered at present.
