According to the public prosecution organs, defendant Qian xxx, relying on the company, recruited and gathered others, and gradually established a criminal group of evil forces with Qian xxx and Wang xxx as the leading elements, Yang xx, Chen xx, and so on as the backbone, and Qian xx, Zhang xx, and others as active participants. The criminal group specifically targets victims who can provide real estate as security, using methods such as reminders, blind signatures, blank signatures, etc., to let victims sign loan agreements with inflated amounts, and to let victims provide relevant real estate as collateral, to create false funds to flow through accounts, and to collect victims' security deposits, beheading interest, and other expenses on the grounds of false industry rules. When the victim is unable to repay the loan on time, arrange for other personnel to repay the "loan" for the victim, and then sign a false "loan" agreement with the victim for a larger amount. After continuously raising the "debt" in this way, causing the victim to be unable to repay, Qian X and others arranged for personnel to carry out "collection" to force the victim to repay the false debt and illegally profit from it in the form of "routine loans", and the social impact was extremely bad.
After the 12-hour trial was tense and orderly, after the prosecution and defense fully presented evidence, cross-examined evidence, and debated, the defendant made a final statement in turn. Due to the gravity and complexity of the case, the case will be pronounced at a later date.
