It is just that the main line in "Bright Sword" is based on the legend of the life of Li Yunlong (played by Li Youbin), the leader of the independent regiment in the play. The time spans from the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression to the Cultural Revolution period after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
The most exciting part of "Bright Sword" mainly focuses on the scenes during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, because the image of Li Yunlong in this period is the most vivid.
