On October 27, 2021, the 40th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 16th People's Congress of Tongchuan City adopted:

Decides to appoint:
Song Xin is the director of Tongchuan Science and Technology Bureau;
Zhang Junmin is the director of Tongchuan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau;
Liu Zhanjie is the director of Tongchuan Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau;
Yang Gangning is the director of Tongchuan Energy Bureau.
Decided to dispense with:
Liang Xiuxia's position as director of the Tongchuan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau;
Ma Xinmin's post as director of the Tongchuan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau;
Zhang Junmin's position as director of the Tongchuan Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau;
Chen Changyuan is the director of the Tongchuan Municipal Energy Bureau (Tongchuan Municipal Coal Bureau).

appoint:
Tong Wei is a member and judge of the adjudication committee of the Tongchuan Intermediate People's Court.
Waive:
Dang Huaning's position as vice president of the Tongchuan Intermediate People's Court;
Song Chaoning's position as president of the Trial Supervision Division of the Tongchuan Intermediate People's Court;
Chen Jian'an's position as president of the Third Civil Trial Division of the Tongchuan Intermediate People's Court;
Xiang Xin's position as president and judge of the Administrative Trial Division of the Tongchuan Intermediate People's Court.

Song Zhuo is deputy chief procurator of the Tongchuan Municipal People's Procuratorate;
Tian Qi is a member and procurator of the Procuratorial Committee of the Tongchuan Municipal People's Procuratorate;
Zhao Jianli is a member and procurator of the Procuratorial Committee of the Tongchuan Municipal People's Procuratorate;
Chen Shaoli is deputy chief procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Cuijiagou District, Tongchuan;
Wang Xiaolin is deputy chief procurator of the People's Procuratorate of Cuijiagou District, Tongchuan.
Waive:
Yang Xiaoping's position as deputy chief procurator of the Tongchuan Municipal People's Procuratorate;
