Luo Gang and his party successively went to asbestos Yuhong Sand Stone Co., Ltd., the leachate treatment station of asbestos County Municipal Domestic Waste Treatment Plant and the tailings reservoir of Banchanggou to learn more about the rectification of environmental protection inspection problems through on-site inspection, reading of materials and listening to reports.
Luo Gang demanded
The first is to further clarify the bottom number, comprehensively sort out the "looking back" feedback problems, timely summarize the previous rectification work experience, find the crux of the problem, promote effective practices, implement the rectification plan, increase the rectification and reform intensity, accelerate the rectification and improvement, and ensure that each problem completes the rectification work within the prescribed time limit with high standards.
The second is to strictly control environmental protection access, carry out law enforcement inspections on a regular basis, and continuously improve regulatory capabilities, so as to achieve effectiveness, return visits, and supervision, so as to avoid the rebound of rectification problems and the occurrence of new problems.
The third is to improve equipment and facilities, leachate treatment stations should improve rain collection facilities, further improve leachate treatment capacity, plate factory ditch tailings reservoir should be installed waterproof retaining wall, dredging and drainage, increase the intensity of flood season inspection, to ensure the safety of flood season.
The fourth is to improve the political position, put the rectification of prominent problems in the ecological environment in an important position, strictly implement the responsibility of local territories, the comprehensive supervision responsibility of the ecological environment department, the responsibility of industry supervision, and the main responsibility of enterprises, improve the archives, and resolutely and completely complete the rectification of problems.
