Patiently inherit the intangible cultural heritage

"When you start learning, you will have difficulties. When I first learned to paint, starting from 'making faces', it took about 20 times of the process, and it could not be reversed, just like makeup, layer by layer. Zhang Hong pointed to the New Year painting on the wall and said.

Zhang Hong is the seventh generation inheritor of Yangliu Youth Painting "Yucheng Painting Zhuang", and has studied art with the sixth generation of inheritors since the age of 19. She smiled proudly and said, "I am a daughter-in-law, and our grandfather is a national inheritor." "Yangliu Youth Painting is the first of the four major wooden Board New Year paintings, known for the five major crafts of "hooking, carving, printing, painting and mounting", and has one more "painting" than other regional New Year paintings. It is this process that requires a great deal of patience. "If you don't have the heart to do it, it's not good." She said.

"My daughter-in-law is the eighth generation of inheritors, she is usually busy with schoolwork, but when she is free during the holidays, she will also paint New Year paintings with her." Zhang Hong's daughter is still in her senior year and has a firm attitude towards painting New Year paintings: "I think I still want to do it in the future, and I want to do it." Yangliu Youth Painting is now an intangible cultural heritage, and the country is also promoting the 'inheritance of traditional culture', so I think this thing must be done, not only to do, but also to innovate. ”

Zhang Hong said that her daughter will now find designers to change some traditional patterns and make new patterns. "Although I still paint traditionally, I am very supportive of their young people to do some innovation."

Hao Guifen, the fifth generation inheritor of Yang Liuqing paper-cutting, has learned paper-cutting since childhood. "When I was a child, I was sick and couldn't run and play outside like other children, so I learned to cut paper with my grandmother."

Yang Liuqing paper-cutting is influenced by Yang Liuqing's paintings, with beautiful shapes and delicate craftsmanship. Hao Guifen picked up the paper-cut on the table to demonstrate: "I use a pen to hook, pick up the scissors can cut, this kind of kung fu is difficult to learn." Ordinary people have to make a formal manuscript to take a knife to carve. ”

"There are definitely dilemmas, and now young people can take this as an interest, but if you let them officially do this business, many people will have no patience." 」 Hao Guifen said that she let her daughter choose an art major at university. "She has a lot of contact with me. Only by taking it slowly and passing it on directly can we learn the most cutting-edge 'essence'. ”

Patiently build canal culture

Yangliuqing Ancient Town was born of the river and prospered because of the river. The Grand Canal National Cultural Park, which is under construction, is committed to relying on the Grand Canal to create three characteristic plates, and strives to rejuvenate the vitality of the ancient town, reshape the cultural style of the canal, and reproduce the ecological and cultural scenery of Yangliu Qinggu Water Village on the ancient map "Jinmen Baojia Tushu".

The lack of patience in blind development and construction is a blow to cultural inheritance. "In the past, the ancient canal was damaged, and we repaired it in the next few years, and now we protect it as a scenic spot, and we also build activities around the canal." Yuanbao Island is less than 800 acres, in order to select the best plan, we have carried out a global design investment. Experts and scholars from the Tianjin Planning Institute and well-known experts from China have participated in the design and are now docking with the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. Zhang Wei, mayor of Yangliuqing Town, told reporters.

"We are now mainly focusing on planning and research, soliciting opinions extensively, and no longer taking the detour of blind investment and construction, but attracting investment while building."

The combination of ancient and modern, selective restoration of hutong compounds and cultural landmarks, in order to better reproduce the ancient charm of the canal. "In the past, it was 'demolition and construction', and some designs were not in line with our folklore. Now it is all done according to the 'repair the old as old', keep the original taste, and restore the old house in an acupuncture-style way. Zhang Wei said.

In order to meet the needs of modern operation, the Grand Canal National Cultural Park is guided by market demand to plan performing arts venues, hotels and homestays, special catering, creative culture and other formats, and actively create a home for citizens' leisure and entertainment. Zhang Wei said with a smile: "In line with a strategy of 'first underground, then on the ground, first landscape, then construction', combined with the market to consider, so we are willing to 'slow down' a little development, so that after the completion of the construction can really have bright spots." ”
