On July 13, Alaves official website news, Alaves announced the signing of Manchester City striker Rubén Sobrino, the two sides will sign a four-year contract.
Last season, Sobrino left Manchester City on loan to join Alaves, where he made 16 appearances in all competitions, accumulating 768 minutes, scoring three goals and scoring one assist.
The 25-year-old Sobrino, who came from real Madrid's youth academy, joined Manchester City in 2015 for 250,000 euros before being loaned to Girona and Alaves on loan.
