Shippo Wonders (Japanese: グーニーズ, Goonies) is a platform game based on the 1985 American film Shippo Wonders, which was launched by Konami on February 21, 1986 on The Red and White Machine, and later ported to a number of platforms, and later released in 1987 as a sequel, Shippo Quest 2 Frederick Final Challenge.
Gameplay
Players control Mickey in the game to rescue their companions in each level. Mickey can jump, climb ladders or squat, and attack enemies by kicking, dropping bombs, and hitting slingshots. There are multiple cells in the level, which need to be blasted open by bombs, which need to be obtained by kicking rats, and inside the doors are companions, keys, red pots, and slingshots. Players need to rescue their companions in each level and find the three keys needed to advance to the next level until they reach the final level, if the player does not rescue their companions and go directly to the next level, they will not be able to enter the final level. There are 8 diamonds distributed in the level, all of which can be collected to restore full health. In addition, each level also has hidden items and bonus points. And in a certain level, you can also get the golden pot, it is used to add life, provided that in the case of holding a slingshot after the third level, destroying some specific doors, there will be a fixed chance of getting the golden pot. At this point, the plot will continue to cycle, but the difficulty will also increase.
