"Sanjay's Super Squad" is from Pixar Animation Studios, adapted by The Indian-American Sanjay Patel with his own childhood brain hole, telling the story of Sanjay Jr. and a fantasy adventure with Indian mythology, and giving the world the three great gods of Hinduism. The film was nominated for the 2016 Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film.

The first green ape in the short film is the "Great Sage of India", the divine monkey Hanuman, which is extremely popular among children and teenagers in India and parts of Southeast Asia. Standing in the middle, all blue, with a special hand, is the guardian god of Hinduism, Vishnu, who is revered in Hindu mythology, the embodiment of benevolence and goodness, maintaining the order of the universe and dividing the divine power with Lord Shiva. The red goddess, named Durga, appears on behalf of another Hindu god, Shiva, who is Shiva's wife and a down-to-earth "tigress", a Valkyrie who is proficient in eighteen martial arts and has killed many demons and ghosts.
