As we know, this is a character designed for Transformers 2, the English name is "Osprey (Osprey)", designed on December 19, 2007 (that is, less than half a year after the release of the change), designer B Procter, the elder modeler of industrial light and magic, most of the movie Transformers we know are originally designed by him (even most of the special effects of Hollywood blockbusters we know have this buddy involved).
This information can't tell us much, at least not that it's a spring or an incinerator, because it's called an osprey. Dolphin has a domestically produced model in China, the Z-9, a dual-use helicopter that is quite common in China. In the Shanghai spy photos that came out in the early stage of the change 2 movie, there was indeed a straight-9, corresponding to the previous rumor that there was a spring to appear in the Chinese scene at the beginning of the movie, as if we had discovered some secret.
Let's look at the Shanghai armed police plane that appeared in the spy photo of Change 2.
It is indeed the model of the Fire Cloud, and more importantly, in a limited set released by the Change Two Toy Line, the Fire Cloud is painted in this color (but from the Autobot to the Decepticon).

At this point, the figure of the Enhanced Fire Cloud was obviously designed according to that mysterious setting map! Thanks to the reinforcement level, more detail is achieved, and the window on the chest, the recurve legs, the three toes, and even the two tail fins on the back all match the set-up.
Even the details of the wings folded on the arms and the calf hydraulic levers can be found on the fire cloud.
If we can't see the shape of the hammer, we can also look at the head eagle.

Look at it this way, that setting map is a cloud of fire? After all, a strengthening level of the fire cloud is much more convincing than a legendary level of spring.
Don't be stupid, the setting diagram is obviously a V-22 vehicle, the fire cloud is no longer large, the details are like, it is also a helicopter, a better explanation is that the toy designer is lazy, once again borrowed from the setting diagram of the machine, designed the human form of the fire cloud, and drove the ducks on the shelves.

But how can China let the US military plane go to Shanghai to scatter wild, and make movies, military exhibitions are not very good.
So the original idea of the movie had to compromise and let a Chinese plane change the spring, but obviously, we did not have the opportunity to see this plan, it may be that the Chinese side does not agree, or it may be that the spring and the plot of movie 2 are incompatible - in short, the spring did not appear in the movie in the end, but both schemes have been done, so we can see in the toy the finished product of a large and a small human form made from the same setting map.

Loosely speaking, we can basically think that it is the spring of the movie version, and from a selfish point of view, we all hope that the handsome Autobots in G1 have a high degree of completion in the live-action world, right? Finally, it is necessary to mention that the three toys mentioned in this article, 07v incinerator, 09s spring, and 09d fire cloud, are not recommended from the perspective of toys, if it is not a film hegemony like the author, it can be directly skipped. The most interesting place in the incinerator is in the linkage, but due to the long age, the second-hand linkage is basically broken, and the author cherishes the linkage on the opponent. Brand new should be fine, but the brand new price is really not very good, the price ratio is too poor. As for the legendary spring, it is also a price reason, too small, untouchable, too expensive. The model of the fire cloud is very handsome, and the human form is actually more poking me, but the play is too bad, the design is too bad, who plays who knows, so it is not recommended.
