Ingredients: Glutinous rice, dates, raisins, red bean paste
Procedure:
1: Put glutinous rice (glutinous rice has two kinds of round glutinous rice and long grain glutinous rice, round glutinous rice is soft and shiny, long glutinous rice is more sticky, the two are mixed to make sweet rice is better. Rinse clean, soak in water for at least 4 hours, I soaked at night, the next morning began to steam.
2) After soaking the rice, blanch the water in a pot of boiling water and remove the water. The sweet rice produced by this is more sticky.
3) Add water to the pot, spread the cage cloth on the cage drawer, put the rice on it, spread it evenly, and poke a few nests with your fingers to facilitate the even cooking. Steam for 30 minutes after boiling and turn off heat.
4: Apply a layer of oil to the inside of the bowl to facilitate the defilming, and shape the prepared preserved fruit at the bottom of the bowl.
5: Put the steamed rice in the pot, put it in the bowl, pay attention not to deform the shape of the preserved fruit, then flatten it, put in the bean paste filling, and finally put in the steamed rice, fill the bowl with grinding, and then compact it. (Like to eat large oil flavor, you can enlarge the oil, stir well)
6: Put the bowl in the pot and start steaming, after the pot boils, steam for another 30 minutes, turn off the heat, and the sweet rice will be steamed.
7: When eating, buckle a plate on the bowl, turn over the preserved fruit of the sweet rice, boil a sweet juice, pour on the sweet rice, you can also directly put sugar and honey, stir well.
Tips: Steamed sweet rice is best to mix round glutinous rice and long glutinous rice, the preserved fruit used according to your preference, like to eat what you want to put, there is no fixed style. Although sweet rice is delicious, it cannot be eaten too much at one time, and it is not easy to digest.
