Wuxi's Lu Manuscript Recommendation was founded during the Qing Dynasty, mainly cooked meat, and is now called "Real Old Lu Manuscript Recommendation". There are historical records that it was first made of Wuxi sauce ribs and formed a brand, which has been passed down for more than 140 years.
Suzhou Lu manuscript was founded in the second year of the Qing Kangxi Dynasty (1663) in the Chongzhen Palace Bridge in Dongzhong City, Suzhou, and is famous for its sauce hooves. In the 10th year of Xianfeng (1860), it was destroyed due to war and fire. In the fifth year of Tongzhi (1866), the descendants of the Lu clan revived their family business at the original site of the Chongzhen Palace Bridge.
Jiaxing Lu Wen recommended the main sauce duck, the founder is Huang Fusheng, Suzhou people. In the early 1930s, after recommending an apprenticeship from Lu Feng in Guanqian Street, Suzhou, he took his newly married wife Cao Xiuying to Jiaxing to start a business.
When he first came to Jiaxing, Huang Fusheng set up a small stall here near Beijing Road in Dayan Lane, but the Su-style sauce duck sold did not meet the tastes of Jiaxing people, and the business was dismal. Fortunately, Boss Huang naturally loves to specialize, after careful observation, he found that although Jiaxing people also love to eat sweet, but not as much as Suzhou people like, so they constantly improve the taste of sauce duck, and finally form a flavor of sauce duck with attractive aroma, salty and delicious, and self-contained sauce duck flavor. And opened a Lu Manuscript Sauce Duck Shop in Jiaxing Beiliqiao, which has become a flavor delicacy in Jiaxing.
According to the "Jiaxing City Commercial Chronicle" compiled by the Jiaxing Municipal Bureau of Commerce in 1991, Lu Wenjian Sauce Duck Shop was founded in 1935 and is located in Beiliqiao, which is a famous old shop specializing in brine-flavored cooked food, which belongs to the Su style. Sauce duck is the fist product of the store, in 1987 won the Zhejiang Provincial Commercial Industrial Famous Product "Jade Rabbit Award", in 1988 won the Ministry of Commerce quality product "Golden Tripod Award", in 1990 won the Zhejiang Province New Excellent Product "Horse Award". In 1988, a branch was set up in Suzhou to process duck with sauce on the spot, and the turnover in 1989 was 879,600 yuan.
However, in the mid-1980s, after Boss Huang retired, the taste of Jiaxing Lu's draft sauce duck was not passed down. Now Jiaxing Lu Wenjian trademark name is "Yuehe Hecheng Lu Manuscript Recommendation", the boss is called Cheng Mingrong, he used to run a sauce duck factory. Yuehe Street had just developed that meeting, and his sense of smell was more acute, so Lu Wen recommended three words to reappear in Hecheng.
I am after 80, so I have not tasted the taste of Beiliqiao Lu Manuscript Sauce Duck, and I personally prefer to eat Wenhu Sauce Duck. Now the Lu Manuscript Sauce Duck on Moon River Street is too sweet. However, every time I go to Yuehe Street, I always have to go to the takeaway window recommended by Lu Wenjian to buy a few strings of dried tofu, buy some duck liver duck gizzard and duck foot board, the taste is good. Boss Cheng can re-do the three words of Lu Fengjian in Jiaxing, or pay a lot of painstaking efforts.
