It is understood that China Resources Snow Beer intends to relocate its headquarters from Beijing to Shenzhen, and build the headquarters of listed companies, the headquarters of Snowflake Beer, and the joint operation center of Heineken and Snowflake in China.

In February 2013, SABMiller, the world's second-largest beer producer, announced in China that China Resources Snowflake's parent company, China Resources Venture Capital and Jinwei Beer, announced that China Resources Snowflake had acquired Jinwei's beer business for about 5.384 billion yuan. Jinwei's breweries in Chengdu, Dongguan, Foshan, Shantou, Tianjin and Xi'an and the second factory in Shenzhen were all handed over to China Resources, and the factory buildings in Buxin Village were still owned by Jinwei Original Company (Guangdong Land).

In terms of performance, on March 22, China Resources Beer released its 2020 annual results on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, saying that in 2020, the company achieved a comprehensive turnover of 31.448 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), a year-on-year decrease of 5.2%, and the comprehensive profit attributable to shareholders (net profit) increased by 59.6% year-on-year to RMB2.094 billion.
