Barcelona, always think of the warm Sunshine of the Mediterranean, the romantic passion of a paradise city, and a team in that city in a red and blue shirt. Greatness and achievement, passion and attack, this team that represents the national spirit of Catalonia has left too many classic memories from more than a hundred years of history.
Appearances: Dream Team big package, Messi chases Harvey
If you look at Barcelona's all-time appearances a decade ago, you'll see that the top three are Migli, Lexacci and Amor. But Xavi, Puyol, Iniesta, Messi, Pique, Valdés and other La Masia youth elites have created the most brilliant decade in the history of Barca with their extraordinary performances, and they have also occupied a more prominent position on this list, and it is not easy for the three old predecessors to stay in the top ten.
Barca's all-time appearances
In his 16-year red-and-blue career, with 549 total appearances, Migli, who played as a central defender, was once the record holder in Barca's history. Accustomed to wearing the No. 3 jersey and a mustache, Migley is an uncompromising court tough guy, nicknamed "Tarzan of the Apes", keen on close-quarters fighting and shoveling interceptions, and a powerful long-range shot after inserting an assist along the left side is also his best play. It has to be said that Migley joined Barca in the 1973-74 season, but did not appear soon, but put on the military uniform for a year of military service, and the following year he officially debuted. In a Copa del Rey game in 1979, Migli fought desperately to defend despite a serious collarbone injury, and was applauded by everyone. Migli played until the age of 37 before retiring, and he has a place in barca's all-time best team selection.
Migli during the player period
Whether it was as a player or as a coach and club manager after retiring, Lexach's contribution to Barca is unique. A native of Catalonia, Lexach entered the Barça Junior team at the age of 12 (there was no La Masia Academy at the time). In 1965, at the age of 18, Leksach played for the Red and Blue for the first time. For the next 15 years, he was an important player in Barca's forward line. Leksach's best positions are wingers and shadow strikers, and he is not only technically superior, but also has good scoring ability. In the 1970–71 season, Lexach scored 17 goals in 29 appearances in La Liga, and was named the top scorer in La Liga that year, which was also the most goalscored season of his career. After Cruyff joined, Lexach and the Dutch flyers cooperated very well and became good friends on the sidelines.
In 1981, at the age of 34, Lexach retired, and Barca hosted a farewell match for him at camp Nou. After receiving UEFA's A-level coaching certificate, Lexach assisted Aragonés and Cruyff as an assistant coach at Barca, and the Dutch were able to build a "dream team", and Lexach also contributed. In Barca's manager's office, the only one who can swallow the clouds with Cruyff is Rexach.
Lexach during the player period
Lexach also worked as scouting and technical director at Barca, where his greatest achievement was to sign Messi. Let's turn the clock back to the millennium, when on September 17 of that year, Messi and his father Jorge crossed the Atlantic to Barcelona, and agent Bengueira recommended Messi to Lexach, then Barca's technical director, who first arranged for Messi and his son to rest in the hotel.
The next day, Messi and Barca youth team practiced together, which was also the first meeting between Argentines and Fabregas and Pique. The shy Messi is more afraid of life, he has no presence in the locker room, and the other children look at Messi curiously, unable to believe how such a short man could join them. But on the pitch, Messi quickly showed his difference. The children who had previously suspected Messi began to doubt life, how could he be so strong? And Lexach was completely conquered after only two minutes of Messi's performance, "We now have to sign this kid, he's from another galaxy".
Messi in his youth
Barca gave Messi's father a job that costs $40,000 a year and spent $1,000 a month on Massi's hormone therapy, but did not sign any contracts with him, only verbal agreements. Subsequently, many clubs, including Real Madrid, became interested in Messi, messi's father gradually lost patience with Barca, and Messi's mother returned to her hometown in Argentina with other families.
On December 14, Messi's agent Gagioli and Rexach were eating at a restaurant when Gagioli suddenly said to Rexach: "We're going to another club." Lexachi was dumbfounded, because there was no formal contract with Messi at that time, in order to keep Messi, he immediately asked the restaurant waiter for a napkin, and wrote with a stroke of his pen: "I guarantee in my capacity as Barca's technical director that although the opinion has not yet been agreed, once the conditions are met, we promise to sign Messi immediately." The story that followed is known to everyone, Messi officially became a member of La Masia, and then entered the Barça first team and made a splash, embarking on the road to the king of the ball, and that "napkin contract" is now preserved in Barca's museum.
Lexach signed Messi to a napkin contract
In 1997-1999, Louis van Gaal led Barca to two consecutive titles, a worthy achievement in the Dutch book of honours, and his greater contribution was to select a future football legend from the youth team. Due to the frequent injuries, Guardiola, who was in charge of organizing the attack, was absent from the team for a long time due to injury, and a young man with a short stature, his unassuming appearance and wearing the number 26 shirt occupied a position that should belong to Barca captain Guardiola. "Xavi" is undoubtedly a headache for commentators in English-speaking countries, how can he replace Guardiola? In the face of doubts, Xavi quickly proved his pure La Masia bloodline with a series of appearances and centimeter-accurate passes. Over the next 17 years, Harvey wrote his own legend with 767 appearances, during which time he suffered only one serious injury in the 2005-06 season, thanks to teammate Ed Millson (shoveling injuries in training). Xavi not only witnessed the miracles of the Dream II and Dream III teams throughout the whole process, but also led the Spanish national team to an unprecedented three consecutive championships in the international arena. Perhaps his only regret is that he never got involved in the Ballon d'Or, only because he also has a teammate Messi with the aura of the protagonist. Speaking of Messi, he has currently made 715 appearances for Barca, and if he is not injured, he can surpass Xavi as soon as next season to become the record holder for both appearances and goals in team history.
Messi is not only succeeded by Harvey, but also by Iniesta. Born in the small southern Spanish town of Albacete, he joined the La Masia academy at the age of 12. Like Harvey, Iniesta was promoted to the first team by Louis van Gaal, but it didn't take long for the Dutchman to leave the class due to poor performance. During Antioch's coaching, he preferred to use defensive midfielders such as Davis, Gabriel and Harard, and the young "Little White" could only sit on the bench. The person who really used Iniesta well was Rijkaard, who gave Iniesta more playing time and freedom on the pitch after taking over Barca. In the years that followed, "Little White" and Xavi worked together to make Barca's tiki-taka football popular all over the world. Iniesta scored two classic goals in his career, one in the 2008–09 Champions League semi-finals in Stamford Bridge's injury time, and the other being the extra-time strike against the Netherlands in the 2010 World Cup final. To paraphrase a common saying – international football owes Iniesta a Ballon d'Or.

"You have sinned us, you have made us suffer, you have caused us to suffer, and we have no choice but to stand up and applaud you..." Said Eibar after being "inhumanely" finished his senior year by Messi. As epic figures in the history of football, we don't have to spend much ink to render Messi's greatness, since his appearance at Camp Nou in 2004, the Argentine superstar has scored 626 goals in 715 appearances for the Rossandr, which is even more than the no.2 Cesar, no.3 Kubala and no. 4 Suarez combined. This is destined to be a record of no one before or after.
Up to the current barca all-time goal list
Cesar, who ranks after Messi, is an elder god who joined Barca in 1939 but was then loaned to Granada for three seasons before making his debut for the Rossanders in 1942-43. Cesar is diligent and has a great ability to grab points, especially in the Copa del Rey. In the 1951 Copa del Rey final, Barca beat Real Sociedad 3–0, cesar scored twice, and the following year, Cesar contributed a deadlock in extra time to help Barca reverse Valencia 4-2. It is worth mentioning that although Cesar is the second highest scorer in Barca's history, he only won the La Liga Golden Boot in his career in the 1948-49 season, and he lost to the same Bilbao striker Sarah in the Competition of the Golden Boot many times. Cesar led small club Eibar back to La Liga from the third division after retiring, such an excellent coaching performance gave him the opportunity to return to Barcelona to coach, but unfortunately, due to the internal and external difficulties of the club at that time, Cesar soon resigned due to poor performance.
Cesar
At the end of Cesar Barça's career, he welcomed a brilliant partner, Kubala. Born into a gypsy family in Budapest, the Hungarian capital, his mother was of mixed Slovak-Polish descent and a mother of mixed Slovak-Hungarian descent, and Kubala's fateful life was destined to be wandering. In the first five years of his career, Kubala changed five clubs and played for two countries. Because of his extreme political stance and unruly personality, Kubala was a controversial figure of his time.
In 1950, Barça's technical director Samitier, who had been following The Hungarian exiles, made up his mind: no matter what the cost, kubala would be brought to Camp Nou! At that time, Real Madrid also wanted to bring in the talented Hungarian striker, but they were intimidated by Kubala's harsh and even unreasonable conditions, and the Hungarians not only demanded a high salary, but also asked the club to hire his brother-in-law Dodgek as the head coach. Through Samitier's tireless efforts, Barca met Kubala's demands. Kubala's ability is evident and he helped Barca win two consecutive La Liga titles soon after joining. But because of a tuberculosis infection in 1952, the Hungarian striker had to be sidelined for a long time at his best. By 1961, he had scored 281 goals (194 officially) for Barca, winning four La Liga titles. Kubala's retirement was prompted by his poor performance in the Champions League final in 1960-61, which led to a loss to Portuguese Super League giants Benfica. After retiring from retirement, Kubala served as a technical adviser to Barca and briefly coached the team, but was soon fired for poor results. In 1992, Kubala led the Spanish Olympic team to the Olympic men's championship in Barcelona.

Since joining in 2014, Suarez has scored 191 goals for Barca, breaking the 200-goal mark just around the corner. The Uruguayan is most proud of the 2015-16 season, in which he scored 40 goals in 35 La Liga games and 59 goals in 53 appearances in all competitions, breaking messi and Cristiano Ronaldo's double monopoly on the La Liga Golden Boot and the European Golden Boot.
Rivaldo was the main player in the two consecutive La Liga titles led by Van Gaal, who personally won the La Liga Golden Boot and Ballon d'Or, and grew up to become a generation of superstars at Barca. Before the final round of La Liga in 2000-01, Barca were 5th with 60 points and Valencia were 4th with 63 points, and the two teams would meet at Camp Nou, and for Barca, they could only qualify for next season's Champions League if they won. In that classic Champions League ticket battle, Rivaldo helped his team lead twice with free kicks and long-range shots, and Bats midfielder Baraja equalised twice with a header. In the final stages of the game, some desperate Barca fans began to exit, and it was at this point that Rivaldo stepped forward, taking a long pass from Frank De Boer and completing the super back hook that was later played countless times on the line of the big penalty area. It has to be said that the Brazilian was regarded as a "sinner" of the team's poor performance that season, but it was he who saved the team at the last minute. In September 2007, the British newspaper The Guardian selected six classic hat-tricks in the history of football, and Rivaldo was on the list.
Like Rivaldo, Eto'o's official goals at Barca are 130. In 2004-2009, the Cameroonian Cheetahs won the Champions League twice with Barca and won La Liga three times, and his trident with Messi and Henry was the beginning of Barca's dream team.
In barca's magnificent history, there are also a number of superstars who have left their names, Luis Suarez (Spain), Cruyff, Queenie, Neskens, Crankel, Alain Simonsen, Schuster, Maradona, Michel Laudrup, Ronald Koman, Guardiola, Stoickov, Romario, Figo, Ronaldo, Cruivet, Puyor, Ronaldinho, Iniesta, Henry... The Red and Blue Legions have always adhered to their own ideas and styles, they are persistent and bold, free and dashing. Here, faith never dies!
Transfer list: Most of the big buys failed, and Figo was pried
As a century-old giant, Barcelona are not short of money most of the time, and there are four transactions of more than 100 million yuan on the club's transfer list, of which 220 million euros to sell Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain is the highest priced transfer in football history so far.
As of now, Barça's reinforcement price list
In Barca's 7 most expensive signings, Coutinho, Osman Dembele and Griezmann all exceeded 100 million euros, Griezmann remains to be seen, but it is difficult to say amazing, Coutinho is basically judged to be a failure, otherwise he would not have been loaned out, Dembele has left only a series of injuries and absurd events so far. Neymar and Suarez, who are ranked 4th and 5th, have been absolutely successful, helping Barca to become the first team in history to win a treble twice in 2014-15. No. 6 Frenki De Jong performed decently and basically kicked out of his value. Ibrahimovic, who is No. 7, is not a failure from a personal data point of view, but he has not lived up to the expectations of Barça executives and fans...
Among the top 10 sellers, the first two are actually what Barca does not want to sell. Paris is so rich that they activated Neymar's €220 million penalty in the summer of 2017, leaving Barca to cry as they counted the money. Figo was pried away by Real Madrid, which made red and blue fans even more angry, in the summer of 2000, Florentino, who advocated gold dollar football, brought Figo from Camp Nou to the Bernabeus for 62 million euros, and the Portuguese became the first superstar introduced in the first phase of the "Lafayette" Galaxy Battleship.
