Shenzhen multi-departmental number one "on the new" 丨 Deep government and personnel

On the morning of March 15, Guangdong Province held a meeting of the province to convey and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the spiritual cadres of the National Two Sessions. The conference was held in the form of a video teleconference in various cities. After the provincial meeting, Shenzhen immediately followed the city's spirit of conveying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the national two sessions of the spiritual cadre conference. Leaders of several sets of leading bodies in Shenzhen, principal responsible persons of relevant departments and units directly under the municipal government, and some veteran comrades at or above the vice-provincial level attended the meeting at the Shenzhen branch venue.

Shenzhen multi-departmental number one "on the new" 丨 Deep government and personnel

This is a large-scale citywide meeting held in Shenzhen after the Spring Festival this year, and the main responsible persons of the relevant departments and units directly under the municipal government are present. Shenzhen Satellite TV & One Shenzhen client reporter noticed at the scene that the main responsible persons of many departments and units of the municipal party committee and municipal government have adjusted. At the venue, there were many new faces.

According to incomplete observations, the "number one" of the relevant departments of the party committee system has changed:

After Man Xincheng, former deputy secretary general of the municipal party committee and director of the political research office, took over as the executive deputy secretary general of the municipal party committee and the director of the general office of the municipal party committee in November last year, the vacant posts of deputy secretary general of the municipal party committee and director of the political research office were taken over by Lu Wenpeng, former deputy director of the organization department of the municipal party committee.

Cheng Zhenghua, former deputy secretary general of the municipal government and director of the Bureau of Letters and Visits, took over as executive deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee.

He Yifei, former member of the Standing Committee of the Guangming District CPC Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, took over as deputy secretary general of the municipal government and nominated the director of the Municipal Bureau of Letters and Visits.

Wang Chuhong, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee, took over as the director of the Cyberspace Administration of the Municipal Party Committee.

Qi Zhiqing, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, took over as the director of the Bureau of Veteran Cadres of the Municipal Party Committee.

Zeng Xuelian, former director of the Bureau of Veteran Cadres of the Municipal PARTY Committee, took over as secretary of the "two new" working committees of the municipal party committee.

The "number one" of relevant government departments has changed:

Former deputy director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Erjie, took over as deputy secretary of the party committee and executive deputy director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau (at the level of director general).

Xiong Ying, former secretary of the party group and executive vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, took over as the secretary of the party group of the Civil Affairs Bureau and nominated a director.

Dai Jintao, who was previously the mayor of Longgang District, took over as the secretary of the party group of the Municipal Finance Bureau and nominated the director.

Zhao Zhongliang, former deputy director of the Municipal Finance Bureau, took over as the secretary of the party group of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and nominated the director.

Zeng Xianglai, former deputy secretary general of the municipal party committee, took over as the secretary of the party group of the municipal bureau of culture, radio, television, tourism and sports, and nominated the director of the bureau.

Wu Hongyan, who was previously the director of the Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau, took over as the secretary of the party group of the Municipal Health Commission and nominated the director.

Yang Xiuyou, former deputy secretary general of the municipal government, took over as the secretary of the party group of the municipal medical insurance bureau and nominated the director of the bureau.

Zhang Guohong, former deputy director of the Municipal Chengguan and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, took over as the director of the Municipal Chengguan and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau.

Yao Liang, secretary of the party group of the Municipal Construction and Public Works Bureau, took over as director.

In addition, the Qianhai Administration Bureau added an executive deputy director at the level of director general, who was appointed by Huang Xiaopeng, former deputy secretary of Futian District.

In the group system:

Li Yingzhong, former deputy secretary of Pingshan District, took over as secretary of the party group of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and nominated executive vice chairman.

Li Yong, the former mayor of Pingshan District, took over as the secretary of the party group of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Gao Dawei, former member of the Standing Committee and director of propaganda in Futian District, took over as secretary of the Youth League Municipal Committee.

Dong Xiu, former member of the Standing Committee and director of propaganda of Yantian District, took over as the secretary of the party group of the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation and nominated the chairman of the board.

In particular, it should be pointed out that the above list is not the entire list of leading cadres at the bureau level in Shenzhen that have recently been adjusted.

Analysts believe that the large-scale adjustment of the main responsible persons of multiple departments in the city is related to the fact that Shenzhen will hold the seventh party congress this year.

Shenzhen Satellite TV Deepview News has also paid attention to some personnel adjustments, such as march 11, pingshan district held the 43rd meeting of the standing committee of the first session, appointed Zhao Jia as the deputy district chief and acting district chief of Pingshan District; on January 25, Cai Ying was elected as the mayor of Guangming District. (See the link for details: Another female district chief arrived, and Shenzhen bureau-level cadres entered a period of intensive adjustment)

Shenzhen Satellite TV & One Shenzhen client reporter also noted that among the new "top leaders", many of them are "post-75s", such as Lu Wenpeng, deputy secretary general of the municipal party committee and director of the Political Research Office (1975), Xiong Ying, secretary of the party group and director of the Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau (1975), Huang Xiaopeng, executive deputy director of the Qianhai Administration Bureau (1975), and so on.

It has been learned that the recent resignation of many leading cadres from their "number one" posts is mainly related to age. Shenzhen Satellite TV & One Shenzhen client reporter combed through public reports and found that most of the leading cadres who quit the "number one" post this time were born in 1962 and 1963, although they were less than 60 years old, but according to the practice of cadre appointment, if the party congress is held, leading cadres who have reached the age of 58 are no longer nominated as the main responsible persons of the new party and government groups and party and government departments in principle. Some of the leaders who cannot complete one term of important positions will sometimes make appropriate adjustments according to the needs of the work and overall considerations.
