On September 21, 2021, on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, Liao Fan, member of the Standing Committee of the Haicang District CPC Committee, director of the United Front Work Department, chairman of the Haicang District Trade Union, Zhou Shenghu, executive deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Haicang District CPC Committee and director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Haicang District, visited the Shishi Zen Academy Charity Association and extended Mid-Autumn Festival greetings to the whole charity association.
Minister Liao Fan first presented the CERTIFICATE of donation for covid-19 epidemic prevention to the Shimu Zenyuan Charity Association on behalf of the Haicang District Committee and the Haicang District Charity Association, and affirmed the dedication and efforts made by the Shimuchanyuan Charity Association in fighting the new crown epidemic.
