After receiving the police, the police immediately rushed to the scene. After on-site investigation, it was found that the suspect had strong anti-investigation ability, there was little physical evidence at the scene, and the police did not find valuable clues.

Through the research and judgment of the public video around the crime scene, the criminal suspect was finally identified as Lai Moufu, a former criminal. Through the tracking of the line, the police arrested the criminal suspect Lai Moufu in an alley of the Shuinan Market in Jianyang District at about 16:00 on the same day, and seized more than 600 yuan in stolen cash on the spot. After arriving at the case, Lai Moufu confessed to the crime of theft.

It has been learned that after Lai Moufu was released from prison, he ate well and was lazy, idle and chaotic in society, and waited for an opportunity to commit crimes. On October 6, he passed by the North Gate shop, and because he had no money on his body, he began to steal again, so he destroyed the roller shutter door of the shop and stole the property.
