On November 27, the day when Li's administrative detention period expired, the police waited early at the door of the detention center, and after Li left the detention center, the police took him back to the Qinghe police station.

After re-interrogation, Li Mou was confronted with solid evidence and admitted that he had stolen electric vehicles and tram batteries, committing a total of 7 crimes. Due to suspected multiple thefts, Li was criminally detained according to law.
