The sky is high and the clouds are light, and the autumn mood is getting stronger. On October 20th, the launching ceremony of the "Urban and Rural Teachers' Learning Community - Famous Teachers Leading the Action" and the Basic Education Project of Helping Zizhou in Shaanxi Province was held at the First Primary School of Zizhou County. Under the guidance of my mentor, Mr. Li Yihua, as the seventh batch of subject leader training objects in Shaanxi Province, I had the honor to participate in this activity, and I was in the same class as Wang Mi, an English teacher at Zizhou County No. 1 Primary School, and I was able to learn from the third grade PEP album United3 Part A, Let's learn. After the class, Li Yihua, the instructor, made expert comments on the two lessons.

Saying that I am helping as a famous teacher, in fact, I think it is a difficult learning opportunity for me, and even for every teacher involved, which is actually the transfusion process of knowledge, ability and thinking. In this event, I gained a lot and returned with a full load. As early as before arriving in Zizhou, the tutor Teacher Li Yihua emphasized "reducing the burden and improving the quality, returning to the fundamentals", and gave my lessons a conceptual guide and a grinding lesson on the teaching process. During this period, several temporary modifications were also made, and after being guided by Teacher Li, I prepared the lessons again and prepared the students, and I felt that my ability to control the classroom had improved a lot. The specific insights are recorded as follows:

(1) Change, or unchanged

The topic of the third unit of the third grade book is Look at me!, which mainly teaches words for human body parts, and the sentences are mainly in how are you? and so on. This lesson is a vocabulary lesson, and the key words are: eye, nose, mouth, face, ear. This is my ... . According to the teacher of Zizhou, these words have been learned by students in the second grade, and there is no problem. It can be seen that when I was designing a class, it was very difficult to make a breakthrough and innovate on this basis.

At the beginning, I designed the little monster to come to the class and ask the students to find the little monster. Through a series of detective activities, and finally through the clues of the five senses to find the little monster. Such a situation, I feel good about myself, after all, is a main line. But One of Mr. Li's questions stuck with me: What is the meaning of the theme of this lesson? The thematic significance is like the part of the iceberg buried in the deep sea, and it is really not an easy task to dig accurately and appropriately. So what is the theme of my lesson? Could it be that the little monster comes to the classroom to make trouble? So what did I teach my students in this lesson? A series of questions made me completely negate the design of my lesson.

I found that this idea, which I thought was creative, did not connect the various links of the whole lesson very well, but felt a bit of putting the cart before the horse, and fell into the dilemma of making up for the sake of formal innovation. Most importantly, the little monster entering the classroom is easy for students to misunderstand, which is not conducive to positive moral education infiltration of students.

Change, or unchanged? Of course it has to change! After returning to the classroom itself and repeatedly clarifying the teaching goals, I decided to revisit the word "innovation." Under the guidance of the tutor, I realized that classroom teaching must not lose its original intention and mission, and cannot talk about innovation without the experience and feelings of students. Therefore, under the premise of ensuring that every link is grounded and effective, it is necessary to combine the personal characteristics of teachers, and achieve innovation in guidance and innovation in teacher style.

(2) Stay, or not stay

When we arrived at Zizhou County No. 1 Primary School, in the process of inquiring about the pulse, my tutor and I listened to a lesson in the fifth grade of the school's English teacher, Mr. Wu. The key sentence patterns in this lesson are: What can you do ? I can do ... . This sentence pattern is familiar to students, and most students can not express it.

Teacher Wu designed a picture book reading in the consolidation exercise session. The picture book tells the story of the guide dog that has always been blind, which is a very touching and warm story. Does this story really match the sentence pattern of this lesson What can you do? relate.

After the class, the tutor, Mr. Li Yihua, asked Mr. Wu if this picture book reading could be removed. Indeed, the sentence pattern of this lesson is closely linked to the actual life of the student, so why not bring the actual life of the student into the real situation? For example, we can design a situation where a foreign delegation comes to our school and the children prepare a party to welcome the guests. Then start with the most basic invitations, who can draw, who can sing, who can do Chinese kung fu, etc., such a real and effective language situation is born. In this way, the picture book reading just now can be completely left behind!

(iii) Add, or don't add

Educating people first cultivates morality, and educating morality first casts the soul. A good lesson, in the final analysis, is to let students take the initiative to construct english core literacy in the classroom, develop the quality of thinking, form cultural understanding, learn to learn, and promote the formation of English subject literacy in the process of analyzing problems and solving problems.

Speaking of my lessons, the final theme meaning was determined to be "healthy." General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the National Education Conference that education should work hard to enhance comprehensive quality and establish the educational concept of health first. Therefore, the concept of "health" is very important for the classroom, that is, to cultivate good psychological and physical health and accumulate strength for the vigorous development of the socialist cause. Therefore, while teaching the five senses, I will instill health knowledge in students, such as protecting the eyes, doing eye exercises seriously, and not shouting in other people's ears.

I recorded a video of my school students doing eye exercises in advance, ready to import it as an introduction to this lesson, but at the same time, this video was followed by another video of about 10 seconds, which was a video of students not paying attention to protecting their eyes.

After listening to my course description, the instructor said that the video in the back could be removed. Just when I was wondering how to cut the video, the instructor suggested that I reverse the learning order of a few words so that the video could be used. With this video, health education is even more meaningful. These have positive guidance and shaping for students' abundant emotions, abundant personality, and the formation of correct values.

The same problem also appeared in the classroom evaluation, in the trial teaching, I followed the practice of letting students go to the blackboard to add points, trying to make group points to increase the students' enthusiasm for learning, but found that students have been paying too much attention to the points evaluation table, failing to focus on the class in time, and even causing some confusion in the process of adding points. Furthermore, I thought further, for third-grade students, do they have to pass class evaluation to arouse their interest in learning. Stay, or don't stay? In the end, I decided to abandon this evaluation method and make the lesson more compact. Through the classroom practice, it is also proved that the students have not lost their enthusiasm for participating in this class because they do not have an evaluation form.

(4) Change, or not change

During the audition, I tried different versions of the activity during the output session, but the effect of each student output was not ideal, which prompted me to constantly think about whether there was a problem with the guidance or a problem with the design. We brought out from a small video the importance of five senses and facial features, hoping that students would be able to imitate the dialogue in the video. We expect that in this imitation, students can replace personal pronouns, replace the facial features, and use adjectives to describe, but after practical testing, it is found that only one activity is used to break through all the difficulties of the whole lesson, which may be in a state where students can only touch a jump but cannot reach it.

Change, or don't change? With the help of the tutor, I decided to appropriately change the difficulty of the activity, readjust the content of the student's dialogue, step by step the name of the five senses, the health knowledge of the five senses, and expand the functions of the five senses, so that students have a gradual and gradual understanding process.

Putting aside several problems I encountered in the course of the class, returning to this seminar activity, I think that after listening to professional lectures and pushing classes with Ms. Wang Mi, I think that there are key points in evaluating the quality of a class.

Teacher Li Yihua has always stressed that the key to a good class is to let students move, not only the mouth moves, but also manually, the heart, the mind, and the emotion. Therefore, it is necessary to make full use of all the factors in the classroom, take the students as the main body, guide the students to move, and make the classroom full of vitality, which is the key factor in a good class.

I believe that a good lesson should reflect three teaching principles:

1. It should be student-oriented. Time is the student, space is the student, it is the student learning the language, therefore, the student should be the main body of learning. Teachers are in the service of students, are supporting roles, fully let students listen, speak, read, write language activities, must not be interchangeable roles, the cart before the horse.

2, to focus on training. Language is a skill. To master it, it is necessary to pass countless times of training, so that students can hear clearly, speak clearly, read correctly, and write fluently. Skills are trained, not "spoken."

3. Focus on encouragement. Needless to say, our mother tongue is one of the many languages that is not easy to learn and master. It is normal for students to make mistakes and have difficulties in the classroom. Do not be sarcastic and sarcastic, but give more encouragement and help to students. Encouraging students is not only a means, but also a concrete embodiment of a teacher's thinking.

Teaching should be interlocked, meticulous, flowing, dripping water, on the contrary, the classroom is loose and crumbling, pulling and pulling, sensationalism, flashy, not a good lesson.

Good lessons, in terms of feeling, can be distinguished between "tired" and "not tired":

If the listener is always attracted by the wonderful classroom teaching activities, the spirit is focused, actively engaged, and there is no sense of "tiredness", then, undoubtedly, this is a good lesson. On the contrary, the listener is anxious and regretful, sometimes raising his wrist to look at the watch, sometimes turning his head and ears, waiting for the bell to ring at the end of the class, then such a class cannot be included in the list of good lessons.

Yes, the key to the quality of a one-party class lies in the fact that the lecturer understands the knowledge structure and thinking mode of the student or the listener, explains each knowledge point thoroughly in accurate and concise language, and leads the main body of the class, that is, the student to figure out the idea of building this knowledge and switch back and forth from the macro and micro, so that the student understands the structure of the whole class, understands the knowledge with common sense, and uses knowledge to improve the understanding of common sense.

Going to Zizhou to send teachings is a temporary task, and the tutor has repeatedly told me that this activity is of great significance, there are deputy director Wang Haibo, director Wang Binwu, director Wang Changchang and other leaders and experts, you want to represent our advanced concepts and teaching methods. I was a little nervous and a little unconfident.

I should give my all. So I prepared the lesson according to my own method. As mentioned earlier, the use of the Little Monster series, whether it is PPT or stickers, is carefully prepared. The day before, I went to Principal Li's school and gave a small audition. Principal Lee almost completely rejected my design. So I re-prepared for class that night and did PPT.

When I arrived at Zizhou, when I communicated with the local teacher, I was dumbfounded. Our two lesson preparation ideas are actually highly consistent? Of course, I was soon relieved. Although Zizhou Primary School is located in northern Shaanxi and its geographical location is remote, it has always been influenced by Xi'an's advanced educational concepts, so our thinking is almost the same.

It's okay, I'll change it again. So on the first night in Zizhou, I almost overturned my previous thinking and re-prepared for the lesson. Re-make PPT. After a preliminary understanding of the learning level of local children in Zizhou, I want to quickly adjust the teaching objectives to be more in line with the main line of cultivating students' humanistic feelings; integrate the teaching content in time to create real situations; change the teaching methods and cultivate students' creative thinking in the classroom.

This process is a bit tedious, but it is also a process of self-improvement. If not every school has the usual teaching activities, some called "Qinglan Project", some called "teaching seminars", in short, it is a demonstration class, an opportunity to dialogue with yourself and test the results. Sometimes, lessons have to be polished over and over again, courseware has to be revised again and again, saying that the lesson draft, teaching design, teaching reflection... It is that training again and again that can face this sudden change on your own and not be alarmed.

Thick accumulation can be thin. Every small step you have taken may have been difficult, but every step, no matter how small, you may eventually reach your goal and become the self you want to be. If it weren't for the usual strict requirements, I think I would also be helpless in the face of sudden changes.

Therefore, the majority of teachers should take the concept of "putting the heart in the highest place and rooting in the deepest depth", take faith, wisdom and feelings as the educational pursuit, and constantly improve professional knowledge. Promote the growth of professionalism in the grinding of each class, enhance the accumulation of professional knowledge in various sudden situational problems in the classroom, and promote the formation of self-characteristics in the education field.

Saying this, I don't mean to emphasize myself, but I just want to tell you through this realistic case that I usually have to practice the basic skills, do not panic when things happen, and the ability of teachers is really very important.

The road is obstructed and long, and the line is coming. The classroom is always a dynamic presence. Teaching is colorful because of exchange, classrooms are enriched by mutual learning, and teachers grow because of mutual learning.
