01 Didn't want to leave home
Guo Wenwu's hometown is in Henan.

At that time, Guo Wenwu gave up the opportunity to enter high school and chose to study at a technical school. He thought that he could work early, help the family, and reduce the pressure on his mother.
At the age of 18, Guo Wenwu worked.
One day, his mother went to him, told him that the village had recruited soldiers, and signed him up. Guo Wenwu said: "I went to become a soldier, what should my father do, what should I do at home?" The mother was very insistent, and she said calmly that a boy should go to the army to see and understand what honor and pride are. He also comforted him that his sister was married close enough to take care of the family.
When the soldiers left, he was full of worry and reluctance.
After the recruitment was over, knowing that he wanted to be a firefighter, Guo Wenwu was quite disappointed.
"I wasn't afraid of your jokes, at that time, I thought that firefighters were not 'soldiers' in the strict sense." Guo Wenwu said.

In 2016, Guo Wenwu went to the police for the first time.

I didn't use it for a long time.
But he said in his heart, good thing, if the firefighters are useless, it should be a great thing.
At the end of 2016, a grass storehouse in Lindian County caught fire.
Guo Wenwu went with the team to reinforcements.
Since it was grass that caught fire, the fire was very large and the smoke was soaring.
It was a cold winter, and the water belt was spread on the ground, and if it didn't move for a while, it froze on the ground. Guo Wenwu said that because it was to reinforce, so there was no one to replace, in order not to let the water belt freeze, Guo Wenwu's hands that were frozen numb were always clutching the water, and his teammates have been insisting.
He was putting out the fire, but Guo Wenwu felt that his feet were getting colder.
At first, he felt that his feet were frozen, he didn't care, but then he became more and more ice, looked down, and found that the boots were broken. I don't know if it was a wear leak or a burn leak, the boots were filled with ice water, and the feet were frozen like a cat bite. The battle is not over, what can be done?
The squad leader knew and told the chief of staff who was going to the meeting, and the chief of staff did not say a word, so he took off his boots and gave them to Guo Wenwu.
I thought I had boots, I didn't freeze my feet, it would be fine.
"Don't mention it." Guo Wenwu said that while he was wearing boots, his heart was touched. Suddenly looking at the soles of his shoes, he saw that the chief of staff's boots were size 43 and his shoe size was size 44.
At that time, there was no other way, and it was better to squeeze than to freeze my feet. In this way, Guo Wenwu's No. 44 foot was wearing No. 43 boots, fighting for three days and two nights, until the fire was extinguished, he climbed into the fire truck and "untied" his feet.
In August 2017, a fire broke out in saltu's industrial and trade greenhouses.
Guo Wenwu also joined the team to reinforce.
On the same day, the alarm that came out at two or three o'clock in the morning arrived at the scene to divide the tasks and push forward in turn to guard the fire site. Due to the large fire, the whole team has been fighting.
By 10:00 a.m., they had been fighting for nearly 8 hours, and their teammates were tired, hungry and thirsty. However, when everyone went out to the police, they all changed into combat uniforms, had no money on them, and did not have mobile phones, and even if they had mobile phones, most of them did not have the function of payment at that time.
The squad leader saw that everyone was too hungry, the physical exertion was too large, and they did not replenish their energy in time, worried about affecting the next battle. So I borrowed money and went to the neighborhood to buy ham sausages, bread and water. In the end, Guo Wenwu and his comrades-in-arms persisted until more than 12 o'clock, and the fire was finally extinguished.
04 Attentive and more genuine
Guo Wenwu was careful and more truthful.

Thankfully, no one was injured.
Guo Wenwu said that after he returned, he thought that thanks to the lack of water guns at that time, it would be unimaginable. Therefore, he treats every training as a real fire field without the slightest carelessness.
In 2017, the meter box in a residential building smoked.
The meter box was locked, Guo Wenwu and his comrades-in-arms could not open the lid of the box, and the comrades-in-arms were preparing to take the tools to pry it open.
At this time, Guo Wenwu, who had been carefully staring at the box, suddenly saw a flash of electric sparklight, and with his understanding of the circuit, he felt bad in his heart, and he immediately shouted: "Hide!" ”
Between the flashes of the calcium carbide, the meter box "boomed" and exploded, and the narrow corridor was full of smoke and debris.
Because of his warning, his comrades hid at a safe distance and smiled approvingly at him.

05 Leg injury
In 2019, the headquarters held a competition.

In April of that year, Guo Wenwu had to participate in the national flame blue competition in the training of the headquarters Acheng. He worked hard and went all out during the four-month training session. He said that the most difficult thing is to carry the weight back, each hand carrying a 30-pound heavy object, quickly running to the designated place and turning back. Every time he trained, he insisted until his arm could not be lifted, and at night his arm was in excruciating pain, so he quietly massaged himself.
He said that as a firefighter, he must do better and work harder, so that he can be more confident in the face of fire rescue.
At the moment, Guo Wenwu was a bit on fire.
During a training session in April 2020, he fell off a canoe bridge and injured his knee, doctors said meniscus was injured, and there was an effusion.
At first, he had to hold on to the stairs when he went up and downstairs, worried that his parents would remember, and he never told his family. Now, walking is normal, but it will occasionally hurt during training, which will make it difficult to exert.
In 2021, Guo Wenwu faces another assessment. If because of a leg injury, affecting the assessment, the worst may be that you can't pass the assessment and leave the fire brigade.
He said the doctor said his leg could be recovered, that he was working hard to do rehabilitation, strengthen training, and pass the test for the firefighting career he loved.
06 Will not leave
If he passes the assessment, Guo Wenwu will remain in the fire brigade for three years before the next assessment.
"Have you considered the object?"
