As a backbone of the business, I often carry out technical research to solve various "blocking points" encountered in hump shunting work. In view of the difficulty of hook lifting operation caused by the hook head of the 70-ton truck, I and the team members carried out QC topic research together, summarized the "one solution, two pulling three hook" operation method, and won the second prize of the group company's QC project research.
As the youngest "teacher" in the workshop, I took the initiative to take on the task of cultivating young people, exchanging ideas with young workers, and passing on my work experience to young people without reservation. With the joint efforts of everyone, my team won the first place in the "Shunting Vocational Skills Competition" for two consecutive years, and many young people became the backbone of the workshop business and technical pioneers.
Today, I have grown from a linker in the downward hump hook group to a hump attendant in the hump operation building.
