Introduction
Wengu is called Zhongdu, located in the northernmost part of Jining City, east of the ancient city of Qufu, west of Shuipo Liangshan, south of Haowei Mountain Lake, north of Dongyue Taishan, with a total area of 889 square kilometers, jurisdiction of 1 provincial economic development zone and 3 streets, 12 townships, with a total population of 824,000.
15,000 years ago, there were Chinese ancestors living in Wenshang. The bone needle excavated from the Dongjiabai Beixin Cultural Site is known as the "first needle in China". In the first year of Tang Tianbao (742), it was renamed Zhongdu County. In 501 BC, Duke Lu Ding appointed the 51-year-old Confucius as the Zhongdu Zai.

The four Shangshu cherished the heart of loving the people and worrying about the country, acted in the interests of the people and the country, held the virtue of honesty and frugality, and did not shy away from the atmosphere of the powerful and noble, and were outstanding representatives of the people of Wenshang.
Nanwang Town, Wenshang County, is the highest point of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, known as the "water ridge", and often cuts off due to insufficient water. In the ninth year of Ming Yongle (1411), Shangshu Songli of the Ministry of Works adopted the suggestion of Bai Ying, a farmer water conservancy expert in Wenshang, organized more than 160,000 laborers, and spent 9 years to build the "Yinwen Jiyun" Nanwang Water Distribution Hub Project, ensuring the smooth flow of the Grand Canal for more than 500 consecutive years. The project represents the highest achievement of civil engineering technology in the world before the Industrial Revolution.
Wenshang Baoxiang Temple was founded in the Southern and Northern Dynasties, and the "Prince Lingzhi Pagoda" in the temple is magnificent. On March 15, 1994, 141 precious historical relics such as Buddha tooth relics, golden coffins and silver rafters were excavated in the Pagoda Palace, including 7 national first-class cultural relics.
Wenshang County has an area of 847,000 mu of arable land, of which more than 600,000 mu are high-standard farmland. The first land trusteeship service model was pioneered in the country, with a land circulation area of 632,000 mu, and the agricultural socialization service became a pilot project in the province and won the "National Advanced County in Grain Production".

Wenshang County's textile and garment industry has developed into a state-level industrial cluster. Wenshang County has built a regional brand of "China's construction machinery accessories capital", with 220 equipment manufacturing enterprises and more than 40,000 industrial workers, covering more than 1,500 varieties in 16 categories such as bulldozers, excavators and loaders, with an annual output value of 15 billion yuan. Among them, Haiwei Locomotive is the core supplier of the brake disc of the "Fuxing" high-speed railway; New Wind and Solar Technology has led the formulation of national standards for rail transit energy feedback devices, participated in the formulation of international standards, and is the first state-owned enterprise listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board in Shandong Province.
Wenshang County Chemical Industry Park has completed a total investment of 15 billion yuan, which is included in the development plan of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and is a "pilot demonstration unit of China's smart chemical park". It has initially formed four major product sectors such as salt chemical industry, coal chemical industry, fine chemical industry and new chemical materials.
