Xiao Jiwan was born in 1963. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1994. Jiuli Village, Yanghe Township, Cili County, is a beautiful rural twinning village of the Natural Resources Bureau of Cili County. Lao Xiao is not a village cadre in Jiuli Village, but he is very concerned about the construction of Jiuli Village and feels that he should really contribute to the people of Jiuli Village and do something. Now, this bookcase is almost full of various information boxes.
