On October 27, the Working Committee of the organs directly under Dongxing City, Guangxi Province, organized a group of 50 county-level party workers to visit the Party Building Cultural Base at the Xing'an County People's Procuratorate.
Brief introduction of the regions of the Xing'an Procuratorial Party Building Cultural Base
The procuratorial party building cultural base is divided into "five ones" platforms (a cultural exhibition hall, a party member's home, a psychological counseling room, an uninspected platform, and a cultural wall).
The overall style of the hall on the first floor integrates Qin and Han elements, natural elements of landscape and water, and red elements. This is a microcosm of Xing'an's historical culture, landscape culture and red culture. At the same time, we also have our own motto: talk about unity, know honor and disgrace, recognize progress and retreat, and seek excellence. "Stressing unity" is the overall atmosphere advocated; "knowing honor and disgrace" is a kind of cognition. Guide cadres and policemen to be proud of their entrepreneurship and ashamed of not thinking of making progress and being backward in their work; "knowing how to advance and retreat" is a way of behavior. Guide cadres and policemen to advance in the face of difficulties and responsibilities and serve the masses, have the courage to take responsibility, act actively, and know how to retreat in the face of the bottom line of the law and the red line of rules; "seeking excellence" is the goal and direction. Guide cadres and police officers to enhance the competition for excellence, innovate brand awareness, and constantly pursue excellence.
In the procuratorial culture exhibition hall, the theme or core essence of the lecture is "the original heart of the red soil, an Wen Cha Zheng". The "red soil" of "red soil original heart" means that Xing'an is not only the place where the Red Army fought bloodily, but also clarifies that this land in northern Guizhou has a red revolutionary history and achievements, and "initial heart" means "not forgetting the original heart": the people of the red land should not forget the original heart and remember the mission; and the pronunciation of "heart" and "xing" is similar (corresponding to the word "An" in the next sentence, that is, Xing'an). In the next sentence, "An Wen Cha Zheng" means to be content with the great cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, actively carry forward the history and culture of The Lingqu and the red culture of the Xiangjiang Campaign, and draw impetus from it, so that we can "keep the right and make the new" and "act steadily and far ahead"; and the word "Cha" can also represent the procuratorial organs, and "Zheng" means fairness and strictness.
The main content displayed in the cultural exhibition hall is divided into six parts: reliving the historical footprint, adhering to the leadership of party building, serving the overall situation of the service center, promoting the four major procuratorates, comprehensively and strictly administering the inspection, and adding glory to the procuratorial emblem.
The content of the exhibition has always run through a main line, that is, how the Xing'an procuratorial organs carry forward the spirit of the Long March in their work, and draw from them the inexhaustible motive force for realizing the general requirements of procuratorial work in the new era of "stressing politics, taking into account the overall situation, seeking development, and emphasizing self-improvement."
The home of party members is a place where party members of the branch concentrate on studying and exchanging. The meetings of the branches and party groups are held here. There is also a red book bar, all kinds of books are available, including party and government pioneers (political theory), literature and art, life encyclopedia, hometown customs and so on.
Psychological counseling room, where minors can be psychologically counseled, and usually can also be used as a place for cadres and police to take a lunch break, chat here, drink tea. There is also a gym, which encourages cadres and policemen to work out morning and evening, advocates the concept of "happy work, healthy life", and guides cadres and policemen to love work, love life, and love sports. Through learning and exchange, sports and fitness create a united and upward atmosphere, enhance the spirit of cadres and police, and enhance endogenous motivation.
The uninspected platform, in conjunction with the Political and Legal Committee of the county party committee, the county public security bureau, the county court, the county education bureau, the county justice bureau, the county civil affairs bureau, the county health bureau, the youth league county committee, and the county women's federation, will create a one-stop evidence collection, rescue, and rule of law publicity platform for minors, and create a brand of "Xinxin Nursing Miao".
In addition to these, we have also made a cultural wall, using space such as stairwells and elevator halls to show the procuratorial culture of Xing'an in an all-round way.
