On the morning of September 13, Mr. Kauta Nicholas, Director of the Department of Animal Husbandry of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Uganda, led a delegation to visit the original breeding farm of The Grown-nosed Snout in Sichuan Province to inspect the development of modern fisheries.
The delegation visited the facilities such as the modernization fish pond reconstruction project, the production and breeding workshop and the intelligent fishery control system of the original breeding farm, and listened to the briefing of Long Xiangping, the person in charge of the original seed farm. The delegation expressed its admiration for the achievements of the original breeding farm in the construction of modern fisheries, and thanked the Chinese side for providing experiences and models for sustainable fisheries development in the exchange project.
Zhou Yong, deputy director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture, Wu Zhiping, head of the Chinese expert group, and relevant personnel of the Provincial Department of Agriculture accompanied the inspection.
