On the morning of October 25, Quan X and two other representatives of migrant workers sent a pennant with the words "Legal Aid Hand to Relieve People's Worries and Warm People's Hearts" to the staff of the public legal service center of the Zhaoping County Bureau of Justice, and sincerely thanked them for recovering nearly 180,000 yuan of labor services.
"As a party member and a judicial administrator, it is also our duty to provide legal support and legal services to the masses." Cai Likui, deputy director of the Zhaoping County Bureau of Justice, said.

20 migrant workers applied for legal aid
In January 2016, Quan X and 20 other migrant workers were working in a vineyard in Hezhou, and due to the company's arrears of wages and remuneration, the two parties reached an agreement through mediation by the Huangyao Town People's Mediation Committee on October 12, 2020, but the company did not perform according to the law. In desperation, Quan X and others came to the Zhaoping County Legal Aid Center on March 5, 2021 to apply for legal aid.
After learning of this situation, the Zhaoping County Legal Aid Center attached great importance to it, accepted, verified and approved the case at the first time, opened a green channel for 20 migrant workers in accordance with regulations, and assigned qiu Jinchang, an experienced lawyer from Guangxi Zunming Law Firm, to represent the case. After receiving the assignment, Mr. Qiu actively learned about the case, read the records and collected relevant materials in detail, so as to make full preparations for the litigation.
On June 2, 2021, the Zhaoping County People's Court ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff Quan X and 20 other migrant workers a total of 179295 yuan. After the judgment took effect, the defendant still did not fulfill the obligation to pay money, under the guidance of the county legal aid center and the assistance lawyer, Quan X and others applied to the court for compulsory enforcement, and recently got back their own labor payments, and their faces also showed a long-lost smile.
