On September 10, the seventh plenary meeting of the eleventh session of the Guizhou Qiandongnan Federation of Trade Unions was held, and the meeting elected Liu Jianxin, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the State People's Congress, as the chairman of the State Federation of Trade Unions, and Yang Zhi, secretary of the Party Group of the State Federation of Trade Unions, as vice chairman of the State Federation of Trade Unions.

The meeting deliberated and approved relevant personnel matters in accordance with the procedures, and elected 4 members of the eleventh committee of the Qiandongnan Prefecture Federation of Trade Unions, 4 members of the Standing Committee, 1 chairman, 1 vice chairman, 1 member of the examination committee, and 1 female worker committee member and director.
