Not poor: to C products to take two examples, the previous question, Taobao and WeChat Weibo typically belong to the C-end of the main products, what are the typical characteristics of these products? Later we also found that there is a reason to play a star, the first is that our own products do have problems with experience, because our products are not ready for primary school students, it is the primary school students who find DingTalk, not DingTalk to find students, the product experience is not good enough. So of course, considering that students could have played, it was not very comfortable to use nails to take lessons, right? From the perspective of an elementary school student, it is normal to give a star. But our enterprise products are not done well, there is a problem, so we now spend more time to make the product experience better, and we later reflected, we may not only let simple students and teachers can connect in the above class, we also want to improve the efficiency and wisdom of teaching management, become more effective management, so now do a lot of teacher-oriented functions and AI capabilities, give a lot of new capabilities to teachers, so now our ratings are also picking up, satisfaction is also improving.

Reporter: The first product you brought to DingTalk was the "Nail Worker Brand", but the feedback from the market was not very strong, are you worried that your product concept will not be accepted?
Not poor: Our product relationship is actually derived from the actual work scenario, and now a digital badge can solve the problem of many park enterprises swiping the work card. A lot of things are because the customer has this need and specific problem, we solve it, do to B a lot of things are derived from the customer itself. Reporter: WeChat recently revealed that it intends to charge for personal cloud storage, after the integration of cloud nails, what changes will DingTalk make in the future?
Not poor: The cloud economy was originally a deep combination of the entire industry chain of "cloud and nail", because the cloud is an IT solution, before we all had server rooms, and now with the cloud to solve a problem of a large-scale IT solution, it is cheaper and more secure to enjoy the service of the computer room.
