Cui Maohu, secretary of the Lijiang Municipal Party Committee in Yunnan, served as vice governor of Yunnan Province
Gao Yunxiao, director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Finance, and Hu Qisheng, mayor of Tongling City, Anhui Province, served as vice governors of Hebei Province
Chen Xing, secretary of the Zhumadian Municipal Party Committee of Henan Province, served as vice governor of Henan Province
Among the above 11 people, Hu Guangjie is a senior executive, Gao Yunxiao is the director of the Department of Finance and promoted to vice governor, and the remaining 9 are the "number one" of the party and government of the prefecture-level city.
Among the 9 people, Hu Qisheng was promoted to vice governor as mayor, and the other 8 were formerly secretaries of prefectural-level municipal party committees. Huang Haikun, Guo Xiwen and Hu Qisheng served across provinces.

Guo Yonghong and Gao Yunxiao are two female vice governors.
Guo Yonghong was born in July 1968 and has served in Hubei and Shaanxi provinces.
She worked in Hubei for 29 years, becoming the mayor of Suizhou City. In December 2019, Guo Yonghong served for the first time across provinces as the secretary of the Shangluo Municipal Party Committee of Shaanxi Province.
During Guo Yonghong's work in Suizhou, Suizhou had a "double female general" governance pattern, which was very rare in the country.
In April 2017, Chen Anli, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee, was transferred to the secretary of the Suizhou Municipal Party Committee, and in January 2018, Guo Yonghong, then deputy secretary of the Suizhou Municipal Party Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, was elected mayor of Suizhou. However, less than a month later, at the end of January, Chen Anli was promoted to vice governor of Hubei Province, becoming the only female vice governor of Hubei Province at that time.
Chen Anli became a member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and director of the Organization Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee in April this year.
Another female vice governor, Gao Yunxiao, was born in April 1964 and has been working for the Hebei Provincial Department of Finance for a long time, and became the director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Finance in February 2018.

Among the 11 vice governors, two are "post-70s", namely Hu Guangjie, vice governor of Jiangsu Province, born in July 1973, and Hu Qisheng, vice governor of Hebei Province, born in May 1971.
Hu Qisheng has been working in Anhui Province before, becoming the mayor of Baohe District of Hefei In 2007 and the secretary of the Baohe District Party Committee in 2011. In June 2015, Hu Qisheng was awarded the title of "National Outstanding County Party Secretary".
According to the official website of the Organization Department of the Anhui Provincial CPC Committee, Hu Qisheng has worked in Baohe District for 8 years, turning a "hard-hit area" for illegal land use into a "pioneer area" for saving intensive land, turning an unknown ordinary urban area into a national top 100 urban area, and creating a new situation of building a "national first-class provincial capital city landmark area.".
Hu Guangjie, the youngest of the 11, has worked in the company for a long time, going through The Sinopec Group and the China National Offshore Oil Group, and this is the first time he has left the company to enter the government.

Cui Maohu, the new vice governor of Yunnan Province on the 28th, was appointed secretary of the Lijiang Municipal Party Committee in May 2017. Previously, he served as deputy director of the Organization Department of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, director of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Yunnan Province, and secretary of the party leading group.
In November 2016, some netizens posted on social networking sites that they were beaten and disfigured by many people at a barbecue restaurant during a trip to Lijiang, which caused great concern at the time.
In February 2017, the National Tourism Administration gave a serious warning to three 5A-level tourist attractions, including the Lijiang Ancient City Scenic Area in Yunnan, at a press conference, with a deadline of 6 months for rectification.
In the afternoon of the same day, when the Propaganda Department of the Lijiang Ancient City District Party Committee "Gu Xuan release" interacted with netizens on relevant news, he was suspected of using inappropriate remarks: "You better never come!" There are no more of you, no more of you! "Anything is like this, as the saying goes: a slap doesn't make a sound!" In the end, two officials of the Propaganda Department of the Gucheng District Committee were suspended.
Cui Maohu was appointed secretary of the Lijiang Municipal Party Committee when Lijiang was on the cusp of the storm.
On April 15, 2017, Yunnan implemented the "strictest in history" tourism market order rectification 22 iron laws - "Yunnan Tourism Market Order Rectification Work Measures".
