In October 2003, Xie Zhiwei, who had just left the university campus, came to Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, to work as a dance teacher in the chang'an Town Center Kindergarten.
In 2009, with outstanding results, Xie Zhiwei was transferred to Chang'an Town Center Primary School as a dance teacher. His early childhood education experience has accumulated a lot of experience in dance teaching and choreography. From toddler dance to youth dance, Xie Zhiwei has a broader space to show.
One evening in August 2019, the Star Theater of Dongguan Municipal Cultural Center, the "Lingnan Dream - Xie Zhiwei Original Dance Works Evening" was applauded at the scene, and Xie Zhiwei successfully held the first personal original dance evening, which was the first teacher in Dongguan to hold a personal original dance evening. Over the past 18 years, Xie Zhiwei has adhered to the dance education of young children, devoted himself to teaching and creation, and guided more than 160 students to be admitted to beijing dance academy, Shanghai Theater Academy, Shanghai Dance School, Guangdong Dance School and other national professional art schools, so that more children can realize their dance dreams.
