The Eastern Han Dynasty ministers Dou Gu and Tian Yu covered the private seal

This small jade seal, the owner is not simple, it belongs to the Eastern Han Dynasty minister Dou Gu. It should also be the letter he used when he did not pay homage to the general. The printing material is Hetian white jade, the jade is warm and moist, due to the long time in the soil, it is eroded by soil Qin and iron-containing compounds, and the surface has brown cattle hair patterns and faint Qin spots. The printing process has the characteristics of the early Han Dynasty, which is slightly rough, and there are no mature seals in the same period. It is not an absolute square, but also slightly trapezoidal. The nose button is drilled into a round hole, and the drill marks remain on it. A closer look at either side of the rectangle has edges that are not parallel and grinding marks. The pulp in the broken corner is consistent with the printing body and the word tooth paste, which can be determined to be old residue. The word "Dou Gu" is written in a regular manner, and the level of contemplation is average. Slightly distorted marks of uneven force can be seen. It is also one of the characteristics of jade making.
