The drama "Where soma Flowers Bloom" won the Highest Award, Wenhua Award; the acrobatic "Chasing Dreams and The Sky - Men and Women Climbing the Pole Collectively", the song "You Are a National Hero" won the Excellent Program Award (the highest award in the Acrobatic Group and Vocal Group); the art work "Tang Angel" was included in the exhibition of fine art calligraphy.
"Where soma Flowers Bloom" is a drama that reflects the story of Jiangsu's "model of the times" - the group of volunteer teachers in our city. It tells the story of Jing Damin, a 60-year-old teacher from Hai'an who went to Ninglang, Yunnan Province, to retire, and the first batch of students who volunteered to teach 32 years ago rushed from their respective jobs to take the "last lesson". Teachers and students recalled many touching stories with tears and laughter in their volunteer teaching careers. Created by the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Nantong Art Theater, the drama tells the touching stories of Hai'an teachers in Ninglang through the art form of drama.
With the theme of "spaceflight", the acrobatic "Chasing Dreams and Sky - Collective Climbing Poles for Men and Women" adds flying poles on the basis of the original male and female double climbing single poles, and develops techniques such as multi-person overlapping slide down, multi-person jumping pole, multi-person flying pole, pole jutsu, pole standing head, vacating slider, opponent flying pole and so on. Jia Shikang, head of the Hai'an Acrobatic Troupe, believes that the most important thing in the competition of acrobatics is to break through the acrobatic skills themselves, "This year's aerospace is of extraordinary significance, and the pendulum of our prop rotation is also very 'flying', so we created an aerospace-style acrobatic program." "The program not only fits the theme, but the innovation of props and techniques makes the narrative of the program more possibilities, and greatly enriches the emotional appeal of the program."

The male vocal group of the musical work sang "You are a national hero", praising Mr. Jun of Korea's scepter country resisting the enemy and insulting him, inducing and coercing the national integrity and patriotic spirit of complete disdain, encouraging people to truly feel the mind and integrity of the sages in the flow of time, love their motherland even more, love their hometown more, and miss the people in their hometown even more. Lyricist Cui Shiying introduced that showing Hai'an's thick sage culture was the original intention of creating this song, "I also hope to spread the history and culture of Hai'an to a broader platform through this song." ”
Jiangsu Wenhua Award is the highest government award in the field of professional art approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, sponsored by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Jiangsu Province, with the purpose of "the grand event of art, the festival of the people", divided into two categories of stage art and fine art calligraphy, which was originally selected every two years, and from 2021 onwards, it was changed to every three years.
During this year's Provincial Wenhua Award, a total of 20 large-scale stage plays, 97 small stage programs competed on the same stage, and 113 fine art works and 28 calligraphy works competed for glory. After layers of screening and fierce competition, the 4 works selected and sent by the city stood out, were shortlisted for final evaluation, and won three awards. This is also a new breakthrough in the Provincial Professional Arts Government Award after the group dance "Father" created by the Municipal Culture and Arts Center won the Excellent Program Award of the Third Jiangsu Wenhua Award and the Acrobatic "Male and Female Pole Climbing" won the Excellent Program Award of the Fourth Jiangsu Wenhua Award.
