On the morning of July 14, Zhu Hong, member of Accenture's Global Management Board and Chairman of Greater China, visited Wu Jincheng, Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology. The two sides exchanged views on topics such as the top-level design of urban digital transformation, the sense of human-oriented sense of citizen acquisition and satisfaction, and the key application scenarios of high-frequency emergencies.

Wu Jincheng pointed out that it is necessary to implement the work deployment and work requirements of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, adhere to the overall transformation, all-round empowerment, and revolutionary reshaping, and make every effort to build Shanghai into an international digital capital with world influence. The cooperation on the topic of urban digital transformation in Shanghai should be carried out around "cross-, integration and pushing": "cross-" refers to cross-level, cross-regional and cross-professional; "integration" refers to data fusion, business integration and process integration; "push" refers to rapid promotion and large-scale replication.

Wu Jincheng stressed that the key to Shanghai's urban digital transformation is to focus on two key tasks: one is to strengthen the top-level design, for example, the construction of digital scenes should start from the most urgent and highest demand scenarios in Shanghai; the other is to effectively let the people experience the benefits brought by digitalization, for example, in the process of creating digital inclusion, focus on where the pain points are, let the citizens have experience, and truly participate in the process of "people's city people's construction".
