Sinopec Lubricating Oil Co., Ltd. is The largest lubricant production and marketing group in Asia, the company brought the souvenir is the first generation of new China "gun oil pot" - metal double-head oil pot, 70 years ago, this small bottle, containing our country's earliest self-developed and produced lubricating oil, that is, "wiping gun oil", the people call it "butter". At that time, it was specially provided to PLA soldiers for wiping guns, and many veterans were very familiar with it. The "Great Wall Lubricating Oil", which is well known to everyone today, started from the "gun polish" born in the simple factory building in Tianjin.
In 1950, North Korea ushered in its coldest winter. On the battlefield nearly minus 40 degrees Celsius, many volunteer soldiers froze the bolts of their guns because of the quality problems of "wiping gun oil". A little "wiping gun oil" is related to the lives of soldiers.
In the winter of that year, thousands of miles away, the Tianjin Grease Laboratory set up a cauldron with thick grease tumbling in it. After repeated experiments, the technicians boiled out a "gun polish" that met the technical standards and rushed it to the Korean battlefield. China's lubricant industry has started in the service of the national defense industry.
In 1962, the international situation underwent major changes, the Soviet Union withdrew the construction experts in China, and China's fledgling "two bombs and one satellite" cause was facing a crisis of stagnation because of the supply of "fluoro oil". The 621 factory, the predecessor of the Great Wall Lubricating Oil Company, was ordered to "get the fluorine oil out!" ”
Time is pressing, in order to ensure the needs of the "two bombs and one satellite" strategic planning, the 621 factory must be successfully put into operation in one test. After countless experiments and countless sleepless nights, finally, China's first generation of "fluoro oil" products - perfluorocarbon oil was born.
With the development of the aerospace industry, the world's space powers are looking for lubricants suitable for the space environment. China has started research and development work almost synchronously, and has successfully developed a new aerospace lubricant , perfluoropolyether oil.
The value of aerospace lubricating oil is comparable to gold, and 1 ton of basic organic chemical raw materials can only synthesize and refine about 1 kg of aerospace lubricating oil. It's a long process, with staff in a laboratory of 100 levels of cleanliness, wearing heavy protective clothing, sometimes standing for more than a dozen hours.
Under the strict standard requirements, China's lubrication technology has always been at the world's developed level. In the 70 years since Shenzhou took off, Chang'e explored the moon, and China's aerospace industry took off, lubricating oil products have always maintained a record of zero accidents.
