In addition, the ice sculpture art exhibition area and the sea world exhibition area also attract many tourists with their own charm, bringing them a sense of "freezing" and a rare sense of mystery in summer.
5 kinds of polar animals are so cute that people can't move their feet
Changsha Polar Pavilion is located in Changsha Ecological Zoo, is the largest polar animal-based marine animal and plant concentration exhibition venue in the province, the museum has 16 penguins, 7 sea lions, 5 seals, 8 Arctic wolves, 10 Arctic foxes, 20 sharks.
As soon as you walk into the Polar Pavilion, visitors can immediately feel the coolness. At the entrance, visitors can see four majestic polar bears with milky white hair and a mighty expression. It is reported that these specimens were imported by Canada, and the Changsha Polar Pavilion is currently the only venue in China with four polar bear specimens.
Immediately go inside, you can see the clumsy and cute spotted seals. They kept making circles on the surface of the water and on the viewing platform, and they always went to the keepers to ask him for food, which was very funny. The cute little penguins make tourists and friends even more unable to move their feet. When they move forward with their hands outstretched and swinging forward, they always make people laugh. The docent of the Polar Pavilion told reporters that at night, penguins will continue to call, and the noise is noisy like a donkey.
Walk to the left of the penguin house and you will find that the cute arctic fox and arctic wolf have been waiting for you for a long time. The Arctic fox is small and looks very docile, like a "snow elf". The Arctic wolf has a large physique, don't look at its name is scary, but it usually likes to stay quiet most of the time, only when hunting in groups, it will become fierce.
To the right of the penguin house is a sea lion with shiny fur. The sea lions in the museum are more lively, always jumping up and down in the water, the ground back and forth, and always like to be a small follower of the breeder, giving people a very friendly feeling.
These animals are all polar animals and share a common homeland, Canada. In order to adapt the polar animals to their new homes, the keepers took care of them according to their respective habits and raised animals according to their tastes. Such as providing penguins with high-quality multi-spring fish, feeding sea lions and seals tuna with heads and tails, etc.
Ice sculpture exhibition area of minus 10 degrees Celsius and 22 meters long submarine tunnel
In addition to the Polar Animal Exhibition Area, the Ground Floor Exhibition Area of the Polar Pavilion also includes an ice sculpture art exhibition area. The temperature in the exhibition area is as low as minus 10-15 degrees, and visitors need to wrap up in large cotton jackets to enter. Therefore, although it is still in the hot summer, it is also magical to achieve "one second into winter" in the Polar Pavilion. Some tourists in short skirts and shorts were frozen and shivering, asking "Can the venue send cotton pants?" ”
Because the ice sculptures displayed in the exhibition area are all carved from real ice, the ice is also embedded with colorful lamp tubes. The exhibition area is not only a fairy tale castle, a dream sleigh, but also a romantic carousel and colorful brick walls. Visitors can not only touch the ice sculptures and feel the temperature, but also enjoy a wine tasting in the ice bar and experience the unusual speed of the ice slide. In addition, the fresh and exciting ice bikes, ice turntables and other amusement projects are waiting for everyone to challenge.
After experiencing the ice and snow world, visitors can also immerse themselves in the Sea World exhibition area on the first basement floor to explore the quiet and deep underwater world. Here, visitors can not only experience the wonders of sinking under the 22-meter-long panoramic underwater tunnel, but also interact with the beautiful and flexible jellyfish through the glass. In addition, the Sea World exhibition area also has a rocky cave area and a lively and interesting touch pool and other landscapes, where visitors can not only visit rare marine creatures from all over the world, such as turtles, golden ginseng, nurse sharks, etc., but also have a close contact with marine mollusks of different shapes in the touch pool to produce a sense of realism in the ocean, as if they have truly dived into the depths of the seabed.
