Dilong is a "post-90s" with the net name Tibetan apo, and the village of Shaqiong in Chayu County, where he is located, is a village inhabited by people. In 2009, after graduating from Dilong Junior High School, he worked in Bayi District, Chayu County and other places in Nyingchi City, during which he bought a smart phone and began to contact the Internet. In December 2018, he encountered a snake in the primeval forest of Chayu and recorded a video with his mobile phone, which was subsequently posted on a short video social app.
