This year's symposium focused on the theme of "Research on judicial guarantees provided by the people's courts for serving the new development stage, implementing the new development concept, and building a new development pattern and the application of civil and commercial law", and solicited papers from courts throughout the province. The Organizing Committee of the Provincial Court Symposium adopted the method of anonymous name, and after preliminary evaluation, re-evaluation, final evaluation and similarity testing, 10 first-prize papers, 20 second-prize papers, 30 third-prize papers, and 50 excellent prize papers were selected from nearly 340 papers selected and sent by courts at all levels in the province.
The Quanzhou court selected 35 papers to participate in the appraisal, and 25 papers won awards, ranking first in the number of awards in municipal courts across the province.
Among them, there are 4 first prizes (the number of awards accounts for 40% of the province, which is the highest number of awards in the past), 3 second prizes, 8 third prizes, and 10 excellent awards.
