Fenfen Lake
Fenfen Lake is located in the central part of Hubei Province, in the eastern part of the Jianghan Plain. Located 5 kilometers west of the urban area of Hanchuan City, with a water surface of 86.7 square kilometers, it is the largest inland enclosed lake in China. Fenfen Lake is one of the ten largest lakes in Hubei Province, and zeng Xitian, a Qing dynasty man, once gave a poem praising: "The eyes are tired on a sunny day, the rain is destroyed by the incense, the lake is as clear as a mirror, and only the fishing boats come and go." "Hanchuan Fenfen Lake breeding base is located in the territory of Hanchuan City, Fenfen Lake is known as the "Pearl of Jianghan", is one of the five major freshwater lakes in Hubei Province. Located in the hinterland of the Jianghan Plain, it has a subtropical monsoon climate and was identified by the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China as the only freshwater water fishery economic system reform pilot zone in 1989.
Fairy Mountain
Fairy Mountain is located in the southwest of Hancheon City, with an altitude of 99.1 meters and an area of 14.4 hectares. In the Wuchang Uprising of the Xinhai Revolution, Liang Yaohan, commander-in-chief of the Military and Police Of the Sichuan Revolutionary Army and envoy of the Sichuan River Patrol, participated in and led the Sichuan Road Preservation Movement and the Uprising of the New Army, and after the founding of the Republic of China, he was ordered to be killed by the rebel army on the way back to Hubei and buried in the Fairy Mountain, and Dr. Sun Yat-sen personally wrote an inscription for him: Liang Yaohan's revolutionary struggle, unfortunate death, loyalty and perseverance, forever. After the founding of New China, many old revolutionary comrades, such as Cheng Dunxiu and Xia Changyin, were also buried here, so the southern waist of fairy mountain became a place to pay respects to the revolutionary martyrs.
